        Another thought is hanging weights is definitely a dangerous proposition. I can hang 10 lbs no big deal but I've heard people on here saying as much as 30 or 40 yikes.

            For a start he's described jelqing incorrectly.

            The thing is, no one goes to the doctor because they did everything right and enlarged their nob, they go when the messed up nd caused an injury. Therefore all doctors see is PE related injury and none of the success so it's understandable they would want to put people off.

                      Well, we provide information on exercises completely free. We do however offer an ability to donate to this site to help it keep it running and we offer some perks in exchange, like the PE book that you receive as a electronic copy, which has 300 pages of detailed information on PE exercises.

                      With the amount of time put into stretching it obviously doesn't have to be 30 to 60 minutes long. Most beginners start off with 5 minutes. Stretching the penis and not getting erect doesn't need a ton of self-discipline. You get used to the action fairly quickly. Also, some routines can be fairly quick and not last too long with some people doing their exercises while in the shower.

                      The devices, in my opinion, don't look like medieval devices at all. The Phallosan Forte is a great extender to wear all day while going about your day while it is hidden under your clothes.

                      The gains from all the members here on this site and on other PE sites say otherwise about the increase of size in erections. I don't think it takes superhuman dedication. I've put more time and dedication into art before but does that make me superhuman? Obviously not.

                      We always, always, always promote safety with doing these exercises. We don't want anyone to hurt themselves at all. Always look up and know how to do exercises properly before diving in and doing them.

                      The person who did erect hanging certainly didn't do up some proper research. Erect hanging is very bad and shouldn't be done at all.

                      I don't think you are wasting any time at all here on this site if you truly want to have a bigger and healthier penis. That's also one big benefit that is with doing these exercises. It helps boost your erection strength and stamina with the types of exercises you do!

                        Jelqing without an erection? Or did he get it confused with jelqing without a full erection? Or maybe he got it mixed up with stretching.
                        Start - 5.5 NBPEL, BPEL (wasn't measuring - probably around 6.5), 5.5 MEG.
                        Current - 7.5 BPEL,
                        5.75 MEG.
                        Started 3/2013.
                        All manual so far.
