    Come to think of something...
    When you edge... Why not perfom ulis while doing it?
    Clamp the base with your hand and edge with the other? Not tight grip, just medium. Should give some result!.
    In my opinion, that could even be your Pe routine.

    Hi there,

    I had great results with a similar routine and it was my routine for a good many years. However, this isn't something you should just jump into, conditioning is important so you don't cause injury.

    If I were you I would build up your basic edging times first and then start to add Uli's later on in sensible amounts gradually.

        It would be better if you edged while doing your ULIs instead. I say this because edging/Stop and Starts are supposed to closely mimic what you'd expect to feel during a sexual encounter.

        Now, if you can find a sexual partner that'll give you the sensations of the ULI exercise during sexual contact then consider yourself fortunate
