  • 18 months of non PE, should I start again?

    I used an extender and jelqed for one year, and gained 1" in length. The last months of PE'ing gains where extremely slow.
    Now I've taken an 18 month break. The extender is broken, so I need a new one if I want to start again.

    Should I try extending again? Will I gain faster now after the long break? My gains have been solid the whole time.
    April 2013 14.5cm BP
    July 2013 16.0cm BP
    August 2013 16.5cm BP
    December 2013 17cm BP
    January 2017, 17,3cm BP

    I vote Yes. You should start again. If you want to make more gains then why not?

    In my experience, even after a long break it is still more difficult to make additional gains after the initial large gains. Those beginners gains are great, but typically can't be repeated.
    (Late 1999): 6" BPEL x 5.25" MSEG
    (Early 2001): 7" BPEL x 5.75"MSEG (mostly Hanging/Jelqing)
    Aug 16th 2015: 7.375" BPEL x 6" MSEG
    Goal: I have retired from PE - So my goal is just maintaining.

      If you've maintained high EQ then starting over with a beginner's routine for a few weeks might be worth your time. If your EQ is low then some time spent bringing it up before you resume enlargement training would allow you to make your training a lot more productive.

        Thanks for the tips. I was thinking about just extending and doing keggels.
        I don't have much spare time like I used to, so just a few hours each week. I know it's not much, but it's all I can manage. It better than nothing. Just knowing something is happening
