  • Girth exercises to combine with hanging?

    I want to get back into hanging, but want to increase my 4.9in EG currently. It still "feels" and "looks" average, mainly because of my current length of 4.5in EL. (NBEL)


    I currently am thinking about including Tunica Tugs, Jelqs (dry jelq for length and girth), and Bundled stretch.

    Are there any other things I could add, replace, or tips I should pay attention for?

    I understand PI's n things like that, not to at the same intensity I had stopped at.


    I tried to Google some threads for PEGym, but most threads weren't on point to what I was looking for, and as well as out dated (assumption by few years ago, although it can still be good of course).

    When i used to hang i did some bundled stretches and squeezes in the bath. After that i would hang for an 45 mins or so. It seemed like what i was doing was weakening or stretching the tunica under the hot water with squeezes and bundles, then when i would hang it would hold the stretch while cooling/healing. I have some other threads on heat and collagen if you are interested.

    Didnt do much for girth. But i beat if i clamped or pumped for an hour instead of hung it would have helped with girth instead of length. When i was doing this routine i gained the most i would say

      I pump and hang, I just started so we'll see if they cancel each other out.

        How long have you been PEing? Have you done JP90 or something like that to condition yourself?

          I have been hanging consistant ly for 43 days now, everyday. I typically do some light dry jelqs after 3 very session and try to get an erection but that's mainly to get good circulation going. If my erection is solid I will do some squeezes. Sometimes I will use my bathmate after a session depending how I feel. I haven't established a actual routine outside of the 2 hours per day I hang. I'm using a vachanger3 2 sets @ 1 hour each.

          I too am curious about those who did some girth work during hanging. I did do the jp90 routine 1 day after a hanging session and I had some killer erections the next day. But I never did it again. Lol

            Compression hanging or vacuum hanging? How much a day?

            A lot of times guys gain girth from compression hanging at higher weights.

              There are quite a few exercises to choose from, but you'd likely be better off spending your time on more "pure" girth exercises- like squeezes- as opposed to girth movements with heavy stretching elements like the jelq. ULIs are good- as long as you perform them slowly and with a maximal erection.
