  • Bpfsl vs bpel

I asked this in one of my threads but Im curious. Is there any correlation between bpfsl and bpel. For instance some have shorter bpfsl than bpel. However my bpfsl is about an inch longer than my bpel. Does this mean anything with potential gains? Like does that mean my ligs are nice and stretched so I have more potential? Just thought I would ask the vets if they noticed any correlation between the two measurements.

    8" bpfsl
    7.25" bpel
    6.25" nbpel
    5.1" meg
    Start 3.16.15 - 7bpel, 6bpel, 5meg

    Current 1.19.16 - 7.85bpel, 6.6nbpel, 5.3meg

    Goal 1.19.17 - 8.5bpel, 7.5nbpel, 5.75meg

There is theory about those measurments, I can't remember exact name, as I remember you should concentrate on girth routine if bpfl is bigger than bpel.
    START 12.2014
    Bpel 7.2 mseg 5.3
    Current 8.2015
    Bpel 7.4 mseg 5.6
    Current 6.2017
    Bpel 7.5 mseg 5.5

For many guys, BPFSL increases before BPEL and portends future BPEL gains.

^ exactly. Apparently if you're bpsfl is greater than your bpel, then you have potential gains coming. Although I wounldnt think about it too much. At the end of the day you're just comparing your skin length to your erect tissue length, and this doesnt really mean much.

The only time this could be something to think about is if your bpfsl is considerably shorter than you bpel, so much so that your skin prevents you from getting a full erection, which would be quite painful.

it is an interesting theory but "everybody is different" comes into play here.i think the difference may be effected by smooth muscle volume ,are you a grower or shower, does your smooth muscle rest at a smaller girth than someone else when flaccid, are you semi erect when measuring , how far does your tunica stretch before tensile strength limits the stretch.there are variables involved.i'm 7 1/4" BPEL 8" BPFSL with 5 1/4" EG it has been this way i for about 5 years(i haven't gained in 5 years).i have read the LOT theory isn't always accurate for potential gains from hanging BTC.

Im almost identical to you lastditch. I guess my question is does it mean our ligs are more stretched than someone with equal bpfsl and bpel? Who knows if any of it matters im just looking for signs that some might be hard gainers because of the correlation. Like maybe people like us with longer bpfsl are the hard gainers since our ligs are already more loose. I dont know. It was just a thought.

i think the theory was created to determine what your limiting factor for growth is. tunica is your limiting factor if your BPFSL is less than 1/2" longer than your BPEL. smooth muscle is your limiting factor if your BPFSL is 3/4 " or more longer than your BPEL,i tend to agree with this somewhat.i have a really good flaccid length (5 1/4")and considered a "shower".i haven't grown in a while(5 years),but when i do i will be checking my results with this theory in mind.as far as predicting gains who knows, the last time i gained from PE it just showed up on the ruler.

Ok guys, the example given is 0.5" BPFSL more then the BPEL, and it says the Tunica is the limit factor.. In my case the BPFSL is almost 0.5" less then my Erect BPEL unit.. So would we say it's the Legs are still holding me back, or is it the Tunica??

i think this theory is mostly about the tunica and smooth muscle. if the BPFSL is longer than the BPEL the smooth muscle is your limiting factor.if your BPFSL is shorter than your BPEL length or close to the same length the tunica (not the ligs)is your limiting factor.check out the LOT theory, that deals with info about determining if your ligs will yield any more gains.it also has info about which angles of stretching target what structures(ligs vs. tunica).hope this helps.

There's some correlation there. Measuring BPFSL is a good alternative if one [for whatever reason] has issues with measuring BPEL.
