We all wish we'd discovered PE earlier in life, but failing that, it would be nice to think it's never too late. As an older guy starting out, I'm eager to know the experience of other oder guys--say, 60 or older. What were--or are--your goals and experiences? Do you feel it's been successful? The book "Penis Exercises" has a couple of success stories about guys in their 60's. Are their results common? Perhaps age doesn't make any difference--perhaps you can always improve, whatever your age. Or, on the other hand, perhaps age is a handicap. Let me know your thoughts on this. Thanks.

First off...welcome Toad! I'm not quite into my 60's yet but at 54 I'm getting there fast. I'll endeavour to continue PE for as long as I am physically able to do so...maybe not so much for gains but for general conditioning and health.The name's Tamora...TVR Tamora...with a capital "T".

Thanks, guys. My primary goal, as I glimpse decrepitude somewhere around the bend (it's not here yet, thank goodness--far from it) is to maintain and improve erection quality. But it would be nice to get some gains as well. It's gratifying to imagine that with the wisdom that supposedly comes with age I might also get a bigger dick.

Good evening, Todd! Man, I ain't gonna front...when I saw this point in the "Latest Post" column I was really excited and thought that was going to be a post about younger women and older guys. I am 48 and tend to hang out with 20-something and 30-something chicks. I tend to play way way way way more with that 'demographics' than with women in my 'demographics'. Anyway....not quite what I was thinking it would be. Will still offer my two cents!

Age is only a number, in my opinion. I am 48, as mentioned, but have been blessed with a very athletic body and work my ass off to keep it that way. The ladies do not seem to mind one bit!
As far as PE? Shoot! I am here, first and foremost, to get my dick in the absolute best shape that it can be in. I want to get ROCK HARD every time and to stay ROCK HARD the entire time. I am also going to work on DO and MMO (take a look in the premature ejaculation for the awesome work that MinuteMan has posted for what that is). And, if I gain an inch or so in both length and girth even better.
As mentioned, I try to stay in pretty great shape. I do not smoke (never have). I do not really drink (every blue moon and then not all that much....last time I touched alcohol was July 9th). I do not do drugs. I do not stay up all night and party (well........sometimes I do, but that is the fun kind of party, right?). And, I do not really watch porn and I really do not masturbate a lot (I used to....to both....but the good Lord helped me there). So, I like my chances against any 25 year old off the streets today. RIGHT NOW! LOL!
If you are in fairly decent to great shape then you are way ahead of the curve and your PE will have a much much better chance of giving you amazing results. If you are not in good physical shape, then I would encourage you to change that. First and foremost. Work with your doctor. He or she can help there. Nutrition is important as well.
I used to be 251 lbs and about the only thing that I could do well was eat three burritos from Taco Bell for lunch! I changed that. Big time. Guess what changed with my overall physical health? My dick! Yes, sir! And my confidence. I would suggest that there is a connection there....but that could be just me.
Anyway, I am pretty sure that my dick - after only 30 days of doing my program (could not do the JP90....too intense for me, so I made up my own program...check out my Progress Log for details) - is in much better health, generally speaking. Watch out when I reach my 90th day! Ladies, y'all who know me know what that is gonna mean!!!! LOL! LOL! LOL!
So, this can definitely help you. If you are a man, then PE can help you. If you have ED, then PE can help you - regardless of your age. If you have Prem Ejac then PE can help you - regardless of your age.
So, if you think that you will succeed with this, then you will. Just like if you think that you will fail with this then you will!
Ask away and read the forums and come up with a program that works for you. Have some goals....these can change....but you have to start with something, right? An example: I want my EQ to always be at least an 8. There you go. So, every time your dick gets hard, it has EQ = 8. That is your first goal (well, for this example!).
Consistence and persistence. Super important. Positive mental attitude. Just as important. Like I said, if you think that you can succeed then you will!Start: August, 2017

Hang on a sec Toad...just need to get my reading glasses to see that last post of yours!
I would start with the JP90...beginning slowly and working up to the whole routine. Many guys see EQ and general health improvements in a very short space of time. I'd also stay away from devices until you feel you are fully conditioned and, even then, only if you have the urge and desire to go down that route.The name's Tamora...TVR Tamora...with a capital "T".

Well for me at 53 age has been an issue. I have ED and can't get a partial erection for jelqing. I've had to rely on devices, and I've had success lenght wise, inch or so but nothing girth wise. Good luckA prayer, is kinda the same as a "Like". If there are enough likes, God will take notice. So "Like" away please. My daughter needs your prayers. Thank You.

haha i'm 41 and i have a thing for 20 year old's(and 30 year old girls)they are funner to tease the younger they are hahaha .if your penis can't handle the JP90 you should try long edging sessions(1-2 hours),this helps condition the penis for the JP90 and you could possibly gain a little size along the way. just be sure you don't use too strong of a grip and always use lube.edging is the strength training of PE, IMO.

You can gain at any age. There is a bit of a handicap for us older gents, but maturity and self discipline can somewhat offset that. Length should be no issue at all as far as ease of gains. However when it comes to girth, that is a whole other monster. You need to have consistent high eq to make girth gains which can be a little harder if your libido is down. Like party said he hasn't made any girth gains, however he also mentioned he struggles with getting it up enough for jelqs and whatnot. This is almost certainly the reason he has not gained girth yet. (sorry party don't mean to pick on you, just using you as an example) However with that being said, if you start a newbie routine, exercise and eat healthy your eq should improve drastically. Give it a whirl and see where it goes. Good luck brother.

No no offemse taken , I agree with you. It's very frustrating at only 4.5 EG at 90% EQ. I manage morning wood the morning after taking a Viagra and it stands at 100% EQ. Feels thicker in my hand. I've taken six months off for varies reasons, currently do to new Hard Wood floors, new porcelain tile floor in kitchen and bath, and new paint thru out. So hopping to get serious again in October. There are plenty of older guys here. I think you would be surprised how many there are. I agree with the other guys, the biggest advantage us older guys have is setting realistic expectations and discipline. As far as gains go, I don't think that age matters. I see it the same with members of all ages, some gain easy, others have to work a little harder. The biggest thing is how much work and dedication you put into it that results in ones success.To totally satisfy a woman sexually is not about having a large penis, it's about being a good lover.
