  • 1CM gain but EQ went down?!?

    Hello

    After 3 months of a routine like this:

    Rotational stretches s,u,d,l,r ,each 1 min hold

    120 O.K Grip jelqs(1jelq =each hand)

    I ganined 1cm of lenght and no girth, but my EQ is much lower then what I started with. I have a lot of stress in my life these days but I dont know if that effects it or not. My EQ quality was 8-9 but now its 7 on a good day and usually 6 even 5. What should I do? Should I continue with this routine because I gained a good amount of lenght or should I change it. Poor EQ is really annoying, I feel like shit sometimes when I cant get a good EQ when I decide to edge or masturbate.

    Congratulations to your gains. You have either a choise here, keep going and you will se further gains probably, but don't increase rep amount yet. Or else you can take rest days and only edge for a while until your EQ is back up again but you will probably not gain anything. You have found a spot in your training where you gain but lose EQ, don't be afraid. Your EQ can always be saved once you want it. But i would take advantage of the gains you can make right now. Decide for yourself. Are you single and don't have sex i would keep going. You could also lower your intensity just a little and you would probably still gain and perhaps get some EQ. I call it a more "balanced" spot where you gain.

      Thank you for your answer. Yes I am single and I dont have sex regularly. I will keep going with this routine for 3 more months. As you said EQ can be saved once I want it, and because I am not having sex regularly its not that important. When I measured I wasnt even at %100 EQ. So maybe I gained more then 1cm, I am not sure.

        Exactly, you probably have more gains to come through an EQ boost. But watch out for injuries. Don't go too far. Rest days is good sometimes.

          Some stamina work is a necessity in an enlargement program. Even if you're not interest in increasing your stamina, as your penis grows you'll need to be able to keep up with the proportion of blood flow and retention. If you've done nothing in the area of stamina to improve that, then your EQ will decrease as your penis grows.

            Exactly what Big Al said. I have been maintaining my EQ for so many months now even though i gain. Everything due to stamina work I would say Edging is a big key for me.

              Does it have to be edging or can it be jelqing but jelqs aren't really stamina exercise?

                I feel like the same has happened to me. I have gained .6-.7"-.25" bpel and eg since May. My EQ has definitely gone done. Like you guys said, almost feels like I don't have enough blood to get really really hard. But I do have good morning wood. So I'm not sure. I'm going to start using my BM and edging. Sucks cause my dick is bigger but when Im with my girl, my EQ is down so there is no difference.

                Current 1.19.16 - 7.85bpel, 6.6nbpel, 5.3meg

                  If you and your girlfriend wants to enjoy a new penis with strong EQ for a while you should take a shorter break and only do edging and keegels for a while Does your girlfriend know about you doing PE?

                    Jelqing can help to boost EQ but (IMO) it's not as effective as edging. The best thing that you can do for EQ is vigorous sexual activity.

                      Uh, hell no habban. lol. Maybe when my dick is 8x6 and she asks why my dick is so big, then I'll tell her. But yeah, I am going to start edging regularly. I usually do it a couple times a week, but not regularly. So 4-5 days/week should work?

                          For stamina training, a good rule of thumb is the 60 minute rule. If your sexual activity has you engaged in vigorous movements WITH a full erection for a total of 60 minutes or more per week, you can forgo the Stop and Start. For any time less than that, you should make it up in your training. If you're practicing kegeling for control during your sexual activity, you can estimate offsetting that from your routine as well.

                          If you're doing less than this AND you're getting tired, it might me more than penile stamina that's the issue. Intense sexual activity can require a high degree of cardiovascular fitness. If you're lacking in that area, it's advisable that you make improvements so that it becomes less of an issue.
