  • looking for some advice

i started pe on july 1st, buying a 4x labs extender and starting manual exercises aug 1st(jp's beginner routine). i did that for a month and was very good about staying on schedule. unfortunately because of my job i had to go waste a month of my life in the california desert, while i was there there was no way i was going to be able to get a proper warm up, i think i took two showers the whole time i was there, and lets be honest it would be weird jelqing in front of my buddies. i didnt give up though, while i was there i found time to do some more simple less time consuming manual exercises and stuck to a 3 on 1 off routine. once i got home after doing a little more research i came up with my own routine based on some of the stuff i saw on the website or forums here.

staying with a 3 on one off, it consisted of a good warm up in the shower using almost the exact warm up as jp's beginner routine. then the flaccid bend up, down, left, and right 20 second count for each with 2 fingers distance being the fulcrum of the bend, then repeat as before but with 4 fingers distance. after that 150 dry one handed jelqs switching every 25 and i found it much easier to stay at about 50% erection level, using lube with standard jelqs i get too excited and constantly have to stop. lastly i would finish with 3 ulis

i stuck to this routine ever since being patient and knowing nothing happens overnight, its been 4.5 months now and i have had no erect gains, some flaccid, i seem to hang a little better but those dont do me much good other than keeping me positive about my efforts. while im no expert i did to my research and i feel like i was doing all the said exercises correctly. im looking for input from anyone who knows more about pe than i do as to what i may be doing right or wrong. i feel like after that amount of time i should have seen a little more success than what i had. any advice or help is appreciated.

You don't seem to really have any length exercises in that routine. Flaccid bends work girth. Girth is also very hard to gain so this could be the reason why you aren't seeing any erect gains. I personally don't recommend dry jelqs. If you get too erect just simply stop and let it subside, also don't be thinking about anything stimulating. After awhile your penis will adapt and you will be able to control your erections better. I'd recommend you try basic stretches and rotation stretches like JP90 states.

the initial reason behind the dry jelqs was because i wasnt in an environment where i could do wet jelqs and then i just adapted to it, i wouldnt have a problem going back to them when im home. im also much more concerned with girth than length thats why some of those are girth specific but no gains there as well. thank you for the reply

I mostly brought up length exercises because girth gains can hinder length gains. That's why I highly recommend setting length as your 1st priority if you even want length gains.

What are your PI's telling you? Since you didn't mention anything along those lines, I'm going to suggest that you increase intensity a bit. You could do this in the form of adding sets or adding time, maybe 5 on 2 off, your choice. I tend to lean toward the old school thought process of "No pain, No gain" in any physical training I do. I like to feel some sort of "soreness" after a couple days of my routine to let me know something is happening, but a good soreness not anything actually painful.

*NOTE* I'm not saying to cause pain, but the phrase is just the best way I know to explain things.

If you are after girth, do more girth exercises. I think jelqs are the best overall exercise. Ive gained .5x.25" in a few months doing just jelqs. Also, I really love erect bends. Get about 70% erection, then squeeze the base, like a Uli, then bend the erect penis. I like to do a slinky type of bend to hit the entire shaft. I did these for five minutes this morning, dick felt fat, I measured 1/8 temp girth gains. Then I get up and my girl sees me in the kitchen and tells me to go back to bed. She came in and gave me a BJ. She had a little extra difficulty taking me in her mouth. Actually she had a hard time even taking half of me, and Im not that big.

The moral of the story, these erect bends, which I think you might be doing seem to really work. For girth, I like to be able to do a workout and then measure noticeable temp gains. Eventually they will be permanent. 1/8" temporary gains is a lot for girth.

Also, you can start clamping. This is also another way to get good expansion, but it puts a lot of stress on your dick. Many times I lose the ability to get an erection after clamping.

Anyway, clamping and erect bends are the best in my opinion. You seem to be doing flaccid bends. I would do the bends with higher EQ.
