  • 1-1.5inch in girth achievable?

    I'm new to PE and fresh out of knowledge on what is achievable. After reading some signatures I think most guys gain around an inch of girth. Is it realistic for me to expect 1-1.5inches of girth in the next few years? Time really isn't an issue I have patience for results as long as I get there. As I am a beginner I am not going to go near a clamp or pump yet. But in the next few months I am going to invest, once I have built up an adequate amount of knowledge to preform safely. I have no interest in length so my jelqing journey will solely be invested in girth gains!

    In 8 months I have gained a little over .5" in MEG. I am also hoping for at least a 1" gain, just not trying to force it.

    I have a very weak CS, before be it wasn't even visible, now it is slightly visible. I did V jelqs to target the CS but inflamed my urethra so I don't do that any more. I have a gut feeling that how much your CS is visible to began has a impact on how much girth you can gain.

    I did JP90, stretches, v jelq, fulcrum stretches and my girth gains are maxed out now. My new routine is to try semi-erect stretches targeting the CS to try and make room for new girth.

    What I like to do is when I jelq, I compress the top half of my penis then jelq up with other hand, this expands the first half of the penis more than a regular jelq.

      It's possible- especially if massive EQ gains and/or recovery from disuse is involved.

        As long as you anticipate years as your goal, 1" should be achievable. It took me four years of consistent work, including pumping to gain 1".

              Can you explain recovery from disuse. Do you mean like periods of rest for repair?

                Disuse would be more extreme- as in erect shrinkage caused by extended periods of erectile inactivity. This can be cause by low hormone levels, injury, or extreme stress and anxiety.

                  I have gained a total of 1.3" in girth after all these years. More than what I originally wanted, because my priority was length. Sometimes I have the gut feeling that the girth gains might have helped to make even more difficult to gain length. My ultimate includes even more girth but first my priority is length.

                    That's a massive girth gain!

                    Try going on a "length only" plan for awhile until you get closer to your length goals. By performing only length work (and stamina training) you leave more room for recovery resources so you can train more frequently.

                      I'd sacrifice length over girth any day. My goal that I desperately want to achieve is 6inch girth in a year. Anything after that is a bonus. Anyone want to swap an inch of length for girth? haha

                        Thanks BigAl. Thats been my problem from a long time ago. My girth gains came fast, but not my length. And despite trying different length routines for the past couple of years, my septum became my worst nightmare. I can't move beyond that point.

                        One thing Im doing now, Im taking a long decon break. I will resume with a JP90 routine. Very basic, but proven effective. After the JP90 I will asses the results and take it from there. How it will impact me as far as girth and length, and what can I do to approach the length issue.

                        The OP PM'ed me earlier with advises for girth. It was a combination of jelqing, pumping, but I think the one that brought the most results, was clamping. I used to jerk off to PONR, put the clamp very fast and very tight, and keep edging with the clamp on for 20-30 mins sets. I think thats what created the big girth gains that I never realized were that fast until I finally measured. Didn't measure before because I was focus on length.

                        I started at 4.9" girth, now Im 6.2". Thats over a period of 6 years, but with big breaks in between. If I put together all the working time only, it would be around 2 years.

                          This is depressing. The guy has been doing PE since 1999 and you're saying 1.3" is a massive girth gain?

                          I started at 4.5 MEG (4.75 BEG and UEG) and within 4 months was at 4.9 MEG. Took a long break but then got back into it and eventually got MEG up to 5.1 but then it went back down to 4.9 after stopping for a long time (a full year) so it seemed like those initial gains were solidified. But my long term goal is 5.5 MEG.

                          Are you saying this may be impossible, or may take many years?

                            Shouldn't you be in a medical book or something? Those gains are crazy. All you did was jelq?

                              Please do not think that is realistic. I'm just breaking .25" after 8 months of very consistent PE. Be happy with .5" over 2 years. Sure it's possible, but not likely. Sorry to be honest.
