              I started with 50 for 2 days, then went to 150. I do wet. Either in the shower w/ soap or with KY. I also do a lot of stretching with my hands. I took Sunday, monday, and tuesday off becuz I gave my self one of those bumps where u like irritate a hair follicle. I blame ky. I always get some kind of irritation using ky. Gonna look into trying vaseline. Happened right after an intense jelqing, heating, and edging session. But even on days off I heat and stretch. Usually at night. I stretch in each direction for 30secs each. Each rep twice. And I do the stretch where I pull my penis outward like 50-100 times. I saw someone mention it and I tried it.

              I also do the thing where u squeeze your erect penis @ the base and hold it for 10-20secs. Do like 5 reps of those. I even do it on a semi erection if I camt get a full erection.



              I thought I was crazy because I always do side measurements just for fun and I dont ever remember it going past 8inches.

                      When I first started I jelqed consecutive days because the reps were low, but after about 4 days straight, I did rest. And my eq definitely felt better after the rest. I dont consider stretching to be strenuous.

                      I also kegel. I just try to do it as many times as I can consecutively. Usually like 15. I mix in trying to hold them for 5-10 secs. Usually to no avail. I still have to learn what a backwards kegel is(I think thats the term).

                      That 8 inch side measurement is bs. Im fat, so I have like at least a 2.5 inch fat pad. So maybe she felt 6-6.5 inches. Maybe. Im above avg girth 5.7 mid, 6 base.

                      What I noticed most was how engorged my head was. That usually happens towards the end during edging.

                      I only edge like 2 or 3 times a wk. Im trying to cut down on the masturbation. So towards the end of the wk, I take days off from ejaculating.                             If you get a firm enough grip at the base, you will move blood. I can usually feel it with my other hand. I'll hold tge base, and the shaft feels plump.

                            As far as edging goes. I just stop for like 2-5 mins. Sometimes for 10mins because I may be switching from regular television to porn. So its times when I'm watching a sporting event., and 10mins later, Im back to the porn. So, I really don't plan it out. I can tell the difference when Im at max we erection. Thats when I do like 50 kegels. Or at least until I get tired of doing them. Maybe only 25, but I do what I can.

                            What I want to try is edging before sex. So, don't come during edging, and then go have sex. I've never done that.

                            I've jelqed for consecutive days, but wi just stretch on the 3rd day or do nothing at all. I have to do more research and make a better schedule. I'm new, I'm no expert.
