I currently edge for an hour without reaching PONR, so I have stamina down. When it comes to giving blood flow to the penis, would I benefit more from hour long edging sessions rather 20-30min sessions? The only thing I noticed I got from my long edging sessions is now my penis feels way heavier when erect.

I am mmo so I have enjoyed long sessions while going through ponr repeatedly.
The penis adapts quickly to added time which is a weakness of edging for pe .
However the thread mentions 2 ways to get around this, the first is to use edging after normal pe training . The second for advanced trainers is to include pe exercises within edging .
Remember the thread brings out he importance of kegel within edging for penis enlargement.
