    So I know there's a common .. very common idea that erect stretching is not an exercise that should be done.
    tuggingt I've been doing is just pulling lightly and it has g otten me to a new level of Eq. I keep tugging afterward and I end up at a higher meg. im guesing it stretches the tunica with out lowering eq.
    This has actually also giving me the slightly fatigued feeling at the base which has stopped all turtling completely.

    So this is actually what's giving me gains after two years of nothing much. .2 in meg and bpel.

    So ill repeat it isn't really a stretch but more of a light tugging outward. And it works for me.

    Any tried it?. It takes a few minutes and you have to get kind of aroused but it gets me to 100% eq and it feels like its stretching tunica.

    For me its the only way I can stretch because I always get semi erect when stretching

      Whatever works I say do it. Ill give it a try tomorrow if I can. Got the girl over tonight so its sexy time for me.

        Generally speaking, there will be exercises that should only be done by advanced/well conditioned PE'rs.
        Newbies, less conditioned, ought to research whats appropriate for them. After all, no one wants to injure themselves.

          After every time i take leak, I do a mini-tug routine on my polish sausage. Definitely reduces turtling and wakes up your wang. I think it also acts as a stimulant to the entire genital area by adding bloodflow and movement to an area of the body that spends much time just chilling out.

            I mean erect tugging though. I realize that if you point your butt out so your body is doing a v shape and you tug erect. It causes the inner penis and outer pens to be in a v shape causing a block of blood flow filling up the chambers more especially the CS. This should work for everyone.

              I've done it and it does give me a better eq for a little while. I can probably relax my boner and tug it out another 1/2 inch or so but it never effects my infinite turtle.

                Actually, I'm pretty sure there was this happy little penguin that used to run around her that claimed some pretty good gains from an exercise very similar to what your describing.
