    What are your 2016 penis enlargement (or any other male enhancement) goals?

    Current routine:

    No set schedule, although I try to wear my extender on a daily basis except for planned off-days.
    (As of 1/20/16, I have almost 275 hours in extender since starting PE. Goal for 2016 is to get in another 1000 hours.)

    Manual routine consists of WU x 5 minutes; stretching x 10 minutes (O,U,L,R,D,LBC,RBC and holding static stretch for 45 seconds, plus some slow cranks, bundles, and A’s tossed in); 100 jelqs at 3 seconds each; Uli’s x 10 x 20 seconds each; compression x 5 minutes (compressor, Horse, some semi-erect bends); WD x 5 minutes. Also do some edging and some short-term clamping, usually after the above.
    Edging x 30 minutes, with or without clamp; clamp x 30 minutes following.

    Planned routine:
    Continue the above, adding in additional time spent doing exercises. Increase stretching time to 15 minutes, increase to minimum 150 jelqs, increase compression exercise time to 10 minutes, increase clamping, and hopefully begin some BM work.
    Add in cock ring wear.
    Slowly increase rod length on the extender, about once every 30 days. Get in another 1000 hours, minimum.

        My starting size:

        BPEL: 15 cm // 5,9 inches
        EG: 13 cm // 5,11 inches
        EL: 13 cm // 5,11 inches

        My plans for this goals:

        • Develop a habit of PE, with the health mindset first;
        • Follow my plan religiously and track results with consistency.


        I'm not using any device.

        My routine:
        • 10 min warmup
        • 5 min basic stretching
        • 10 min jelq
        • 60 kegels.


        I'll increase intensity with time.

          On losing 50 pounds, you can check out these diets:

          Slow carb diet, by Tim Ferris, it is in his book called "4 hour body";
          BulletProof Diet, by Dave Asprey.

          The second one is a better but more complex.

          A good diet is more effective to lose weight than a good workout plan!

              Exercise definitely has to be a part of any weight loss plan, along with good nutrition. A diet rich in lean protein, lots of fresh fruits and veggies, and easy on the carbs and fats, at least 30 minutes of cardio each day, and strength training at least 3 times per week, will get you where you want to be.

              I strongly suggest tracking every morsel of food that goes into your mouth. MapMyFitness is a great, free app, that can help you keep accountable. Also, for the first few weeks, measure your food. Most people don't really understand the quantity of how much they're eating. They think they're eating a cup of rice, when it's really a cup and a half. They think they have a 4 ounce chicken breast, when it's really more than 6 ounces. A tablespoon of cream cheese for your bagel -- that's about the size of the tip of your thumb. Most people put way more on their bagel than that and don't even realize it.

              Plus - EVERYONE should be doing cardio :-) ...

                My PE goals are to increase my over all penis health. If gains start to happen they will be welcome! Current stats:
                BPEL: 7.5"
                MEG: 5.325"
                BEG: 5.5

                  Starting: 6" Erect by 5.25" Erect Girth base

                  2016 Goals, and overall goals is 7" Erect by 5.75" Erect Girth from Base all the way up. Have a overall healthy penis and testicles, and consistent rock hard erections.

                  Currently getting back into PE with Jp90, and after Jp90 thinking about Adding either bathmate or phallosan or both

                    gain 1 inch or 2.54cm in length and gain .5 or 1.27 cm in girth.
                    as of right now finishing of the jp90 day program after that I'll start doing the advanced jelq free program, possible plans for the future buying a bathmate and phallosan forte, joining mecoach to assist with my goals.

                      I know that .25" seems like a small amount, however for me that would be huge as I have only gained .25 in 2 years time of consistent, dedicated work. So that would actually be quite a lofty goal for me.

                      Routine will consist of:
                      LeLuv pump
                      Dry and wet jelqs
                      Squeezes
                      Light stretching focusing on tunica.

                        Also aside from direct PE goals, I want to drop 10-20 lbs (which would probably get me down to around 10-14% BF), which hopefully reduces my fat pad down to 0.5" (from 1"), further increasing my visible goals and letting me have the infamous 8" NBPEL length.

                        As for how...more dedication and time spend stretching, plus I plan on trying to break out the Phallosan I won a year ago and seeing if that can help break my current plateau. I also have a Bathmate I am trying to use more often to help on the girth-side of things.
