    a lot of women say an upward curve hits the G spot more effectively, and a lot of dildos are designed with this curve as well. Are there any exercises to create an upward curve?

    Well it is an interesting idea.
    You could modify the techniques used to correct an unwanted curve.

        New exercise to create upward curve!!!
        I was playing with myself earlier and during this .. pleasure I created a exercise which could help those who want that upward curve to nail the G-Spot.

        I've never seen this exercise so hence I use the terms 'Created' and 'New' but if its old than my apologies ... I think it does hold potential.

        At semi erection to 70% erection I clamped off at the base and maintained this engorgement ... note that I'm NOT fully erect and can BEND my penis upwards and down without any discomfort ... note this!

        The clamp is only used to keep the blood inside the penis for extended time which will help this exercise work better IMHO.

        Ok so once thats done I simply pulled the foreskin back and took the glans gently, securing around the ridges and pulled the penis back towards the pubic hair.

        With the otherhand I secured the base so movement was limited.

        The picture in your head is the glans of the penis pointing right at your pubic hair or nasal region if you dont have hair and now comes the MAGIC ... kegel some blood in, you might have to slack this alittle .. if so than move the penis so its an 'L' shape ... you will be going from the side ways 'U' shape [Glans facing pubic region].

        While the 'L' shape is maintained, get some blood inside and if need be become more erect ... than get back into the 'U' shape ... the magic starts .... grip with a free hand just below the glans [head] and squeez, some might have to go 1 inch further down the shaft to enable better expansion of the penis.

        What we're aiming for now is to engorge that blood between the 'U' bend ... once you have completed this movement, with the otherhand press down gently on the penis from above ... hardly any pressure is needed.

        Hold this position for aslong as you can ... it could be 10 seconds it could be 5 minutes ... only stop when the erection starts to drain away. Common sense will tell you not to go too long ... 5 mins non stop would be EXCELLENT and you could than do sets of these.

        If you have shorter hold times than do around 5-10 sets and if your hold times are like 2-5 mins or longer than you wont need as many sets .. 2-5 should suffice.

        The idea is to engorge the blood inside this 'U' shape and by applying pressure downwards you are essentially gently forcing the penis to adapt to its potentially new shape.

        Try it and see how you like it and report back here.

        It will take awhile before you notice that curve ... I would estimate 6-8 weeks before anything slight is noticed and more like 4-6 months before it becomes prominent ... but hard work will pay off and I think these could create that bend many want and it might not be as risky like some of the bend exercises are which need you at a high erection in order to do them which could lead to tunicae trauma.

        I'm calling these 'Paradise Bends' or 'P-BEES' for short. I should have gone into advertising or something.

              this drill was amazing scythe! If I stagnate doing my jelq correcting exercises ( I have a downward curve, trying to get an upward one), I will definitely start with this drill. I used your link and read the replies to this thread on matterofsize, and according to redzulu doing this exercise will even allow for u to decide exactly WHERE u would want the curve to start; amazing.

                exactly, you are in full control.

                Make sure you go easy on the bends, though - You do not want an L-Shaped Dick

                        I wonder if this would work for someone with peyronies...or in my case chordee. I physically have less skin on the underside of my penis then my top, hence creating a downward curve equivalent to that of a banana, to give a visual. Only affects sex in particular positions, and I think my chordee is one reason why I get off so quickly when she is on top..puts unusual pressure on the underside of my glands.

                        Kind of don't want to remove the curve...does wonders for her g-spot in doggy and just doing her from behind in general

                            Since this thread seems to be quite old... Anybody that stuck with these exercises, have you seen any improvement?

                            I have a slight downwards curve. Originally I wanted to get rid of it, but it does have its advantages. Now I'm not so sure. Reading about the cul-de-sac I wondered if a downwards curve could make reaching it easier as well

                              I initially had a slight downward curve and leftward curve and have been working to eliminate them. I have done so by using semi-erect bends toward the shape I wanted the penis to adopt, as well as jelqing "against the curve" and jelqing in such a way as to try to induce an upward curve.

                              I have also done a lot of "V" fulcrum stretches, and some fulcrum hanging, using a muzzle hanger to hand weights from the shaft while simultaneously stretching the penis out horizontally.

                              It seems to have had some effect. I am starting to develop a very slight upward curve near the base of the shaft, but the result has certainly been less than dramatic.
