02-02-2018:
This day was already really tough, sitting down and working on my workout(PEGYM) and suddenly the urge for porn came up. In my mind I already played with the thought of justifying watching porn since today is only half a day and it would be better starting tomorrow.
I then stopped and remained as I was for a second. I tried to think about what I am doing and why. I didn't want to be controlled by this instinct. And I guess just this short moment of stopping what I am doing and thinking helped.
I masturbated but damn, that was necessary. Never had such a big load

Nothing spectacular happened. Was busy, did my workout, everything went well. No urge, probably also since I masturbated on the day before. (without thinking of sth visual of course, just sensing)

I have not used any visual stimulants/porn and not even cum since 02-02-2018, but edged everytime at least 6-10 times. Slowly starting to enjoy edging more than cumming. But damn, it feels good to be in control, and all this energy. Lets see how long I can keep this going. If I fail its going to be a mess #keepyouposted
