hey guys im also a filipino but im here at saudi arabia ive been to p.e only 2months ago my routine is only bathmate hercules i used my extender once in a while for only 1 hour because its painful any way my stats from 4 1/2 inches now im 5.2inches for 2 months

Nice stats bro.
i heard it is more advisable to condition your penis first with jelqing and other exercises before you proceed to using extenders n bathmate.
You can try jp90 program.
but if this is working for you might as well stickp with it

im from bulacan bro.. my sched is very hectic thats the reason why i only use the bathmate as my routine i also do bathmate streches im coming back to the philippines 9months from now so hopefully i gain even upto 5.8 to 6 inches. i will be very happy on that size anyway im only 22yearsold i have pictures of my self on my profile please check it out and leave a commentComment
