  • General Thread - Modified PE Exercises

    Group post for how we need to change an exercise to make it doable for a smaller endowment.

    Still can't do a proper two handed jelq. I use an over hand ok grip. However, when I reach my glans, there is too much skin pulled up from my scrotum so a can't get a good grip at the base of my shaft for my other hand so I just let go with the first and quickly bring it back to the base and start over again. Seems not all of the blood has a chance to flow back out when I repeat the jelq with my same hand.

      I agree. I start with a overhand grip with my wrist flexed back. I then do a kegel. This pumps a little extra blood into the corpus tissue. While holding the kegel, I slowly slide my hand forward while straightening the wrist. This sweeping motion draws my penis to the side. I squeeze a little harder right behind the glanis ring and then release as I slide my palm over the penis head. I do twenty with one hand then I switch to the other hand.

      I think doing a jelq this way actually helps. Since it is off balanced, there is more pull on one side than the other. On that side the skin should he taut but not overly stretched. If it is, especially if it hurts, they you are squeezing to hard. My understanding the jelq is trying to promote blood flow into the penis by light pressure changes. When you squeeze too hard, your just doing the same thing the tunica does and your actually restricting flow.

      Another benefit of this unbalanced jelq is that I suspect the tunica is being stretched on one side than the other. So if someone has a lot of literal curvature, doing these jelqs just on one side could help correct that.

      I've thought we could name it the Screwdriver Jelq cause you are unscrewing your bolt with your left hand and screwing your bolt in with your right hand.

        Good thinking, Ray. I think I will adapt the Screwdriver Jelq to help further stretch my tunica. Every little bit helps.

            I think it is a good idea and I don't recall anyone mentioning an unbalanced jelq before. It makes sense to me that it could help increase the stretch of the tunica. I think you should raise it up the flag pole on the regular forum and see if any of the long timers salute it.

              Hey guys i might try this as i'm just slowly trying a couple of things out as I'm new.
              At the moment my flaccid penis the gland on it is a little bigger than the shaft(weird). So putting a routine together isnt easy but i'm doing a stretch where i grab the gland and stretch from 3,6,9,12 for 10 seconds and repeat 3 times. I was kegeling 15 times after each round but i dont know if doing it right. When i do it it feels like my buttcheeks are squeezing tight as well? I only tried this out this week. My first week in PE
              I'm also trying to figure out this edging thing as well but its just like masturbating except you dont blow straight away right?

                Hi Dom, when kegeling you do need to squeeze your buttcheeks, if you semi erect or 100% erect when you kegel you should be able to see your penis move, see it fill with blood and make it harder. The edging thing is just masturbating but stopping before the point of no return so you don't cum and then doing it again and again until you can't take no more and have got to shoot your load!!!

                    The best way I've found to 2-handed jelq with a small cock (4.5 BPEL) and a considerable fat bad is to use an OK grip with the palm facing out. I believe this is called an over hand OK grip. I also have the problem of too much skin coming down around the head and having a problem getting back to the base for the next rep. I keep telling myself this is a good thing, that means I have lots of room to grow. Good luck everyone.

                      I have the same problem. I now just basically do a Uli. I grip the base of my shaft with a reversse ok grip. While holding the grip, I slide toward the head, I can usually feel the blood move up as I slide my grip up. As I approach the head, I can feel the head start to engorge with blood. I stop just below the glans and tighten my grip and feel the head get very hard with blood. I hold the tight grip for about 3 - 4 seconds and then release. I repeat about 10 times

                        Also had the problem of excess skin from scrotum and fat pad being pulled while jelqing.

                        I started with the overhand okay grip, palm of hand on top of penis facing down as stated in the JP 90 routine.

                        Found it a little more difficult than underhand because I couldn't really see what I was doing.

                        What I did end up doing was slowly jelqing with one hand and the other hand would pull back excess skin and hair while moving up the shaft.

                        Once the base was cleared I would grasp it with the hand that was pulling back stuff and continue to jelq.

                        The JP 90 routine states "While holding the grip at the glans, start your other hand at the base." This was difficult to do because of excess skin and hair being pulled, so before I put my other hand at the base I pull back any extra skin/hair.

                        "when half way up the shaft, release the grip at the glans and continue the slide up, trapping the blood at the glans and upper shaft." This is the bread and butter of jelqing, your goal is to constantly trap more and more blood.

                        My understanding is you never want to take your hands completely off your penis otherwise you lose blood.

                          I just started a new stretching routine in hopes it will increase the size of my head. I use one hand to grip the base and slide it up to the glans. When I reach just below the glans I grip a bit tighter and force some additional blood into the glans and pull the glans up slightly more, While holding the grip below the glans up, I grip the base with the other hand and slowly move additional blood up the shaft until I can feel the pressure of additional blood reach the top grip. I then loosen the top grip a bit and allow some of the new blood to pass under the top grip into the glans. I than re-tighten the top grip and squeeze and pull up a bit and I can feel the skin of the glans tighten a bit further with the additional blood and pressure. I re-grip the base again with the free hand and repeat the above process. I do this for 5 to 10 minutes.

                            I may just give this Head Swell routine a shot! My glands are smaller than my shaft erect or flaccid! Should I wait until I am finished with the JP 90 or can I add it in slowly?

                              A lot of guys recommend you get your dick conditioned first before starting more advanced techniques. However, you might want to start the griping as long as you don't grip too tight and limit the total time to five minutes.
