  • I broke the barrier, will you kick me out now???

    I would like to announce that I am no longer a member of the pencil dick club. I am consistently over 5" in girth after my off days and even hit 5 3/8" with expansion one day! All I can say was HOLY HELL was that awesome to hold in my hand. I started over 2 months ago at a barely(and I mean barely) 4 3/4" girth. I measured with a semi and a light ui to get an extremely consistent measurement. I do all of my official measuring the morning before I begin my next set of workouts after my rest day.

    I have been using a manual routine that looks like this currently though it started off much easier. I used a basic progression to get to this point, and yes I know that I haven't been PEing for that long but I took it slow and really watched what I was doing. No injuries to speak of..

    2 on 1 off or
    M: Off
    T: On
    W: Off
    R: On
    F: Off
    S: On
    S: On
    Depending on my schedule and PIs.

    Warm Up- Electric Heating pad 10-30 minutes(I watch tv, check my email, read the forum, etc).
    Manual stretching during the warm-up. Maybe 2-3 minutes of tension continuing to warm in between sets.
    100(50 if you count both hands as one, I don't) Reverse OK Grip Jelqs.
    1 10-15s Reverse OK Grip Squeeze(Moderate Intensity)
    100 Reverse OK Jelqs
    2 10-15s Reverse OK Grip Squeeze(Moderate Intensity)
    100 Reverse OK Jelqs
    3 10-15s Reverse OK Grip Squeeze(Moderate to High Intensity)
    100 Reverse OK Jelqs
    6 10-15s Reverse OK Grip Squeeze(Moderate to High Intensity)
    Warm down in the shower with some manual massage and light sqeezing.


    During off time I light squeeze a semi to expansion ever couple of hours when I go to the bathroom to try and keep my expansion. I also use my heating pad and do some light sqeezing, massaging, and some stretching during my off times as it seems to only positively affect my recover time.

    I hope my experience can be useful to those other guys who suffer from having a pencil dick.

      Haha, thanks. I used alot of progression to get to this point. Seem to be working for me. Can't wait to move into the Girthy category.

          Alumni status, I like the sound of that.

          I've been taking it slowly right now as I have been feeling overworked. Maintaining 5 1/8" while trying to hit my 8" length.

            If/when I get over the 5" girth mark I'll stay in this group as encouragement to others and a reminder of how far I've come. Measuring with a semi and light ULI must be the most favourable conditions though Zman. Is that equal to a normal full erection? I haven't tried this exactly but I think it would be more than my normal EG in my case. Everyone is different though.

              Its about 1/16" larger than a normal full erection, though it is significantly more reliable and stable of a measurement. It really makes tracking progress that much easier. And since it is the way I started measuring, it accurately reflects my gains which IMO is the most important part of measuring.

                PS. It is over 5 1/8" now. I'm hoping for 5 1/4 by the first of the year.

                My routine is a bit more sporadic as of late. I have been resting more and doing a light workout day, heavy workout day, and a rest day. The full workouts were leading to a bit more cumulative fatigue that I wanted. For the light days Its been more a "PE by feel" kind of workout.

                  I have been fairly consistent at 4.9 for quite a while, though I have enjoyed 5.1 after a pumping session or after 10 minutes with a tight cock ring on.

                    Well, refound this group and figured I'd update.

                    Ended up after 7 months of PE and reaching 5.125-5.25" Girth I stopped dedicated PE for quite a while, mainly due to moving in with a SI. I was doing some maintenance stuff, but ended up back at 5.0" Girth.

                    Started back up two months ago and I'm a solid 5.125 again and ever growing.

                    To all those Pencil Dicks out there, I'm a success story and you can break that barrier.
