I was actually on the bigger side i guess. 16 cm NBPEL and girth 5.2 inches

Now i lost some eq i suppose, so i am yet to reach 16 cm NBPEL atm xD but that will change soon tho!

I was rather on the large side when I started penis exerises, at 7.7" down to 7.55 inches (an explanation for that, but I am not going into explaining it now), and a MEG of 5.7", which has changed very little.

Fantastic length gains Party! And you have probably not maxed out. Just patience and you get more if you want. Girth too. Although I haven't targeted girth exercises, I am rather surprised to experience that I also got nice length gains, but almost none change of the size of girth.

i hope so, girth wise. I'm not greedy, if I could get to 5 EG I think we'd both be thrilled. Got to 7 length wise during my 4 months of hanging but lost a Little. I'm over 2 months into an aggressive clamping and pumping routine. Close to four hours today, and had time to dick the Mrs for two hours too. She's incredible.

I was actually to ask whether you have tried clamping. Have you considered to use a cock ring? I am trying out one now, (after being inspired by jockinabox), but the penis ring I bought is a bit on the larger size for my purpose of using it on the flaccid penis. Yet the cock ring constricts the erect penis enough to trap the blood slightly. And the penis girth is instantly 0.2" bigger. I can recommend a cock ring. I believe that many people try too constrictive cock rings. Finding the exact size I think will benefit many.

(While on the topic I may very well express my gratitude to jockinthebox for his patience in guiding me to find the right size cock ring, and on answering patiently all other questions that I have had around this topic. )
