2+ hours. I try to get 5/20 min sessions. I've been hanging for 10 weeks now and I'm trying to keep the weight low and get more sets and/or bundled hangs. With warm up, 10 min between hangs and a extender cool down.
If I don't have time for all that I'll use an ADS or ADH and do a 20 min shower routine.
I read a lot of comments on the amazing gains 11by7 has made in the beganing and now that I know that wasn't by accident I give big props to the time he put in. I've gained over a half inch since I've joined this site and that too has been do to hard work and long nights. This coming year my goals to be healthier man should excellerate my gains.
