I have certainly gone over an hr up around 2 hr I suppose and I might have bee around 4 total for the day at times ,

My dick got sore like it was overtrained and that despite considerable condition ,

Chest beating aside a continuous 4 hr erection is unlikely drug free.

I think Kickinthemebs and I have both clamped for about an hour and 15 minutes straight with no issues.
6inDong just posted a 2 hour clamp...that's a long time. Kick and I would back off a click now and then, but we were very erect for the duration of those long clamps. Might be interesting to hear from 6inDongnotforlong...

That sounds painful, the longest I've ever had an erection for was about 45 mins (give or take). You should be very careful when dealing with drugs like viagra. Take half a pill (or less) instead of the whole thing, if it's your first time taking something like that.

Yes I have priapism High Flow variant. Made my girth huge 7.5"inches when I had one of those events after it permanently made it bigger from 6.0" to 6.5"

If you have a 4 hour erection and are taking any ED prescriptions, then you obviously don't need the medication. I have been on cialis daily regimen for several years and a 4 hour erection has never happened Wifey has got me excited for that length of time, but never a steady erection.

This sounds like a challenge

I've had sex sessions that lasted for 6-7 hours, but that includes some breaks in there for water and periods of time with no erection or low erection depending on what the activity was at the moment.

The longest consistent in a row, with no breaks... probably 2.5 hours or so. I think 2 hours was the most with a partner, but certainly had several 2.5+ hours edging by myself back when I watched lots of porn and was in a very unhappy marriage.
