  • Not a newbie, but my first time posting!

Hey. So I've been using this forum as a lurker for a better part of over a year in total, started PE in sometime 2017 and even though i have no idea whats the best methods and the like, I'm willing to learn as much as i need to to grow myself

Ive tried jelging, hanging and manual stretching. The first one probably giving me minuscule gains, but i was discouraged after an injury and my arms not being strong enough to keep manual exercise going. But now I'm back. I got a penis extender and I'm working out. I'm a young under 25 guy, and i use a microwavable rice sock to warm up.

    Last measurements were:
    Length: 13cm flaccid, 18.3 errect
    Circumference: 10.5cm, 14.0 errect

Long term goals would be 20cm length and 15cm circumference, will work on length before going back to girth, is that the correct plan?

Perhaps this isn't the place for new suggestions, but what do you guys think about keeping the penis warmer when you're not doing exercises, like putting it sock & sleeping with it? If it's continuously warmer- thus longer, wouldn't it help gains during the healing period?

        Hey Danny!

        Welcome to the Gym

If you have not already done so, It would be a good idea to click on the Start Here button at the top left of the page. Lotts of good information on what the Gym is all about, including best practices and safety tips.

It is always recommended to start with a beginners routine (doesn't have to be the JP) and continue with it for 90 days or until you stop gaining. Start slowly and build up to the full routine over a few weeks.

Jelq with an erection level between 40 and 70%. Do not grip too tight, just enough to feel blood moving up the shaft. When stretching, grab your shaft about one inch below the glans and do not pull too hard, just enough to feel a slight stretch. Let your PIs be your guide as to how hard to do your exercise

Don’t forget to take good starting measurements and photos so you have a solid base to compare your gains to.

keeping it warm without exercising it probably will not make a difference. However, keeping it warm keeps it ready for action at any time you feel like sneaking in a few jelqs or stretches.

PE safely and good luck with your endeavors.

Thanks not2big for the welcome! I had done JP's 90 day routine years ago, but i must have been either under-training or over training, as my gains weren't really noticeable.

Oh and definitely it wont grow just by keeping it warm!
I was thinking about how the penis repairs itself after exercise. I've seen threads about how to stop turtling, keeping a loose cock-ring on most of the day to achieve a greater flaccid hang. And i thought, if we warm the penis up before exercise, why not keep it warmer during the healing process as well?
Of course keeping a rice sock or wet towel hot for most of the day isn't realistic, i think something like a sock or two could keep it warmer, and I'm going to try it out and see if it helps.
