  • Is my case 10000% hard flacid/Pelvic floor issue OR should i get to urologist again?

Hey guys, i need some serious help here before things get worse!, So i posted 2 months back about what i’m dealing with. (If you wanna see in more detail my past: https://www.pegym.com/forums/erectil...ml#post1619140 ) ..

MY HISTORY BRIEFLY IF YOU DON’T CLICK LINK ABOVE:

Since very young i’ve always masturbated and kegel’d. Always been anxious and probably a lot of involuntary kegels in daily life.

Back when i was 14 ish i masturbated a lot and on the 3rd masturbation of the day one time i had sharp pains in the penis and since then things have never been the same. When i first did this to myself i got all the symptoms listed below, penis shrunk at certain areas, got thinner at certain areas, got all the hard flacid symptoms ESPECIALLY after masturbation (Just stays weird and hard looking for a while).

Been to see a urologist when i was 14 and in the last 6 months to this day and they said its NOTHING. Never have been given ultra sound or anything, only physical examination by hand. They basically tell me i’m crazy. Standard docs say the same.

So the symptoms i describe below i feel honestly improved in the last 6 months, in the last 6 months i’ve a had nice normal looking long semi flacid penis, penis didnt look to weird or feel weird after erection when its dying down, and if wanted to i could get to a nice thickness. (I was only masturbating twice a week and not edging at all on other days just due to busyness of my life). And this was not due to doing any regimen from here or anything.

    MAIN QUESTION AND MAIN SYMPTOMS:

NOW in the last month i’ve been edging more (Tbh not taking into account any sort of thing to prevent involuntary kegels etc just ejaculating twice a week and then enjoying edging on other days), i’m not sure if one of the sessions i injured myself, Or i’m masturbating more meaning more kegels involuntary or i’ve done something in my sleep?? Or is it to do with the fact that in the last month i’ve been working from home in a very stressful job with only 1 hour of exercise a day, not much movement apart from that?

..Anyway i’m really scared guys, For the first time in a while i’m noticing after erection my penis goes into a really weird skinny shape, looks horrible and strange and physically does not feel right. It feels like it’s filled improperly i just cant describe it.

    - i can’t say for certain but it seems that my penis is getting thinner.
-I 100% feel the pain that my penis gives me if i press on the corpora cavernosa all alongside it lengthwise and theres certain points on the left tube corpora cavernosa that i can feel the pain more when i press on it or when the penis is just giving me a pain when not even touching it (sometimes after erection etc).
-I can’t move and ‘shake’ the penis when it is erect as this causes pain. (Like it did before).
-It’s hard to keep an erection (Like it did before).
-Pretty sure i just get that hard flacid symptom, like penis just sticks out and looks horrible and shrivelled and not even and filled, but is partially hard. (I did have this to some degree in the past but feel it's a lot worse at the moment).

ANYWAY, Based on my symptoms guys, do you think this is just plain oil Hard flacid/Pelvic floor dysfunction?Flare up? All the pain, weird erection symptoms, thinning of the penis etc? REALLY worried about it thinning !!!!

    RESOLUTION?:

To help my penile problems, would i benefit from hindi squats, certain yoga poses, tennis ball on perenium, meditation etc to calm down? OR should i get to a urologist (Which is really difficult right now and not sure if one is available) and get him to do more tests?.

-Kind of feels like it's bent more after erection etc, always been kind of bent but little more after erection right now.

-I can’t move and ‘shake’ the penis when it is erect as this causes pain. (Like it did before).
-It’s hard to keep an erection (Like it did before).

-I also suffer massively with premature ejaculation and have done for years! Probably stemmed from masturbating from a young age and cumming REALLY QUICK.

(At the moment i'm actually feeling hornier than ever and i can get erection without touching penis, sometimes get morning wood etc)

See a physio who does male pelvic floor and they can diagnose if it is PF related .

You need to deal better with stress if is often part of the cause .

Penile pain can be caused by HF/PFD.

                Ahhh okay guys ..

I’ve had a slight curve for years but since this ‘re injury’ The curve has gotten worse..

This is hard to explain guys but when I’ve been masturbsting in the last month or so, I can feel a discomfort or maybe a slight pain as I’m stroking that is kind of coming from the left upper tube Penis (corpus cavernosum) and towards the base of the Penis, there is an exact pin point spot and this is where I can feel all the new issues coming from and where I can feel the curve is coming from !

                I think I’m just worried it’s peyronies ?

Yeah fine so see a Uro and he will diagnose it if it is a physical penis issue .
If it is pelvic floor a physio can diagnose .
Stress is involved in this so think about a therapist.

                  Here is an overview .

Thanks Pegasus just read that.. yeah I’m gonna try see a urologist privately if they are available at this time. Then a physio if their also available..

I have seen a two urologists, one when I FIRST had the penis issue like 6 years ago and said nothing (it was 6 months after the actual trauma) so probably would have formed a plaque if there was...

Then I went this year jan (before I felt like I brought this back on) and also said abso nothing, no plaque etc...

When I actually get an erection it’s not noticeably bent but it’s when it’s semi erect that I can notice more bent ness to the left .. is a bent Penis something that can occur with hard flacid/pelvic floor dysfunction also?

Yeah seems to me it's likely the uro will say no issues .

Like I said physio and stress control.

Last question, based on what i've posted, that i'm kind of going through something with the penis now in terms of pain/more bent etc..
should i rest my penis? No masturbating edging/erections etc for a little bit? How long if so?

So far as I can tell your main issue is stress .
