  • What method would you use if you were to start over?

Hi, I'm new to the forum. I've been browsing the forum for some time and would like to get started, but I'm not sure which method to choose (and from what I can see, there are many!). So I'd like to ask the veterans this question: what method would you use if you went back in time and had to start over (or even if you would start over)?

I suppose all methods give results, but surely some of them are more comfortable than others, faster or slower, more durable... So it might be interesting to make a small ranking of the users' favourite methods.

I've tried to include them all, but if I miss any I'd appreciate being notified.

    Hey Fields!

    Welcome to the Gym

It would be a good idea to click on the Start Here button at the top left of the page. Lots of good information on what the Gym is all about, including best practices and safety tips.

It is always recommended to start with a beginners routine (doesn't have to be the JP) and continue with it for 90 days or until you stop gaining. Start slowly and build up to the full routine over a few weeks.

Jelq with an erection level between 40 and 70%. Do not grip too tight, just enough to feel blood moving up the shaft . When stretching, grab your shaft about one inch below the glans and do not pull too hard, just enough to feel a slight stretch. Let your PIs be your guide as to how hard to do your exercise.

Don’t forget to take good starting measurements and photos so you have a solid base to compare your gains to.

PE safely and good luck with your endeavors.

Welcome! I would do exactly what I did, because it worked for me. All manual work in a consistent, judicious way. Stretches, jelqs, and lots of edging. I haven't ventured into devices yet, but I do plan to start clamping soon.

Thanks for the welcome! Ok, I'll take a look at the rookie routine. I've heard of good results with extenders, but also that they're quite uncomfortable... Maybe manual is a better choice.

              Oops. Hit extender. Ment ADS.
A prayer, is kinda the same as a "Like". If there are enough likes, God will take notice. So "Like" away please. My daughter needs your prayers. Thank You.

I came to say this (well, minus the devices stuff)

I might be more targeted, given the experience...I wouldn't do 6 months of conditioning, just 3. But still...

Jelq'd and stretched for awhile to start, a month and half 2 months.. Then moved right into hanging with an LG.. Although, I still would be likely debating on (at that time, as I had the time for it) the ADS over hanging.. One thing I haven't tried is an ADS.. I still would of pumped, but that would have been to finish up.. Currently I use the pump as a maintenance device off and on..

I have always enjoyed my jelqing sessions over the years. While I have gotten into using weights to lengthen my nut sack, I haven't used any devices for lengthening my penis.
