    I have been thinking of starting a yogurt that supposedly helps with testicle growth. I forgot the name right now, but there is a specific type that supposedly works well. It comes, from what I saw, as a drink.
    If you can share what you've found beneficial, please do.

      It took about 3 weeks to a month to really start feeling it, but I definitely have more energy and better overall mood than before. Maybe it's due to my age (early 50s) but my libido went through the roof at first. It's levelled out now but damn it was hard to concentrate at times I was so horny for about a month. I didn't measure since I thought it was more of a marketing gimmick and I didn't really care, but my balls are visually bigger. I'd say they were about average before but they're definitely on the large side now, so it's not hype. YMMV but I've seen quite a few reports of men saying the same thing.

      It's the easiest thing to make. You can get the specific strain of Lactobacillus Reuteri from a brand called BioGaia (they hold the patent) or from Umzu Floracil-50 which I'm currently using. The Floracil-50 also has Lactobacillus Rhamnosus and 6 other strains. The Lactobacillus strains are the ones that increase your body's usage of free Testosterone.

      I use 10 crushed tablets of BioGaia or 10 capsules of Floracil-50 with 6 tablespoons of generic prebiotic powder mixed into two large cartons of half-and-half (must be half-and-half!) and let it ferment for 36 hours on the yogurt setting of my large Instant Pot. You can get about 5 or six batches by setting aside a small portion of the previous batch and using that to seed the next batch. It's a good idea to start fresh with a new set of capsules every 5 or 6 batches so bad bacteria doesn't accumulate. When it's done fermenting you just strain the whey out for about 20 minutes through cheesecloth or a dish towel, blend it to smooth it out. I find a bread mixer works best but you could probably use any mixer as long as it has a slow setting. After it's been in the fridge overnight it should be the same consistency as store bought yogurt. I find the Floracil-50 doesn't have as sharp a taste as the pure single strain of the BioGaia and there is less whey left over.

      I eat one large serving per day or two smaller ones. Hope that helps!

          Depending on the temperature, my boys can hang like a hound dogs, but when it's cold they lock and load. My wife prefers the look of high and tight ... LOL

            I would like to start with ball stretching, not to an extreme, but I would like it if my balls would just always be hanging low. My wife loves it too when they hang low so that's a great motivator

            Any ideas on how to start with it?

              I started about a month ago with silicone ball stretchers. It was a set of 3 (1,2,3 cm) it takes a while to get a hang of it :-).
              but I recommend them. I’d say my balls when relaxed already hang noticeably lower. Hope that helps

                My ball stretcher stands about 5 ft 8 in and has Mahogany Reddish Brown hair. She has a balance between suck pulls and tongue presses. I call it a go to move when I need to get off fast. Oh,.....sorry if I was slightly off topic here.
