I'm circumcised. I was circumcised low and tight, which is the worst style. This style removes most of the inner foreskin (that is really sensitive), and leaves no loose skin. For that reason, I don't receive much more sexual pleasure anymore. In addition, I usually can't orgasm for some reason. By that I don't mean I can't ejaculate. I can ejaculate fine all the time, but usually during ejaculation I receive no pleasure at all. It just feels the same as urinating (releasing fluid). Sometimes I do feel a slight pleasurable feeling (but that is very mild). Mostly there is no orgasm during ejaculation. Perhaps circumcision has something to do with this too. I do know that I've had this problem since I was much younger. There were times when I would orgasm during ejaculation, but other times I would not orgasm during ejaculation. Now it's like 90% no orgasm during ejaculation, and 10% orgasm during ejaculation. It really sucks that I can't orgasm.

That does suck. Maybe try foreskin restoration.

The foreskin holds around 70% of the nerve endings in the penis so it would definitely have an effect on the feeling of pleasure. I would possibly look into foreskin restoration to see if it would help. There is also the topic of foreskin regeneration which revolves regrowing the foreskin by the use of stem cell regenerative medicine, but it is still under development with Foregen; however, Foregen has been making great progress with their goals. It is taking a long time but it is hard when their isn't a ton of support for Foregen.

I wish you good luck in trying out foreskin restoration if you do go that route.

When you say orgasm, do you mean from masturbation? Or sex with a female?

When I masturbate to porn I orgasm for 1 second. When I masturbate using my mind I orgasm for 5 seconds.

When I have sex I orgasm for like 10 seconds.

I mean in general I can barely orgasm (whether that is masturbation with or without porn, or sex). I've had this problem for as long as I can remember (since I was a teenager). Some days I would orgasm, and other days there would be zero feeling during ejaculation. This got worse as time moved on- now I barely orgasm when ejaculating. I still get the odd day when I do orgasm during ejaculation, but mostly there's no feeling during ejaculation.

This is the exact problem I have. But the thing is, in this condition no pleasure is felt during ejaculation. In my case, this is mostly true, but I do get the odd day when I do feel pleasure during orgasm (whether the pleasure is mild or whatever, but it is there). So, my condition is weird- usually there is zero pleasure during ejaculation, but sometimes there is pleasure.

Wow, I'm glad I read your post. I'm circumcised , as an adult, love it.
But, I started PE and also pumping under a doctors supervision. And it's like I'm growing foreskin! But only when flaccid, skin has started covering about half of the head on the day after pumping. When I'm erect it's perfect, meaning for me now that I'm look and feel circumcised, with a little mobile skin. I would prefer tighter though! I'm on a pumping every other day routine so the day I'm supposed to pump the "foreskin" covering has nearly gone back to normal where it's just bunched up behind glans. I find this really odd. Not to mention having half my penis head covered with foreskin the day post pumping drives me crazy! I don't like the head covered. Good grief, not sure how this PE is going to play out because of this one thing. I don't really want to do another circumcision. Have you heard about this issue from any other members other than you and I?

Cut, but still very sensitive, when flaccid I have a bit of skin to cover some of the sensitive area.
I never cared for tight underwear or boxers because the glans would rub and it would be very uncomfortable so I usually go commando in relaxed or "baggy" fitting jeans for that free feeling.

I had to get cut due to a thrush/balanitis episode which went on for several years.

Also, due to the masses of cream I put on during this period the tip of the foreskin eventually became discoloured so the circumcision removed the discouloured skin and cured the infection. A big success in this respect, but for all that I do miss the foreskin and the extra sensation I had before its removal.

Yes, it is true that most American men are circumcised, around 80%, but it varies depending on race, according to most research on the net.

By the way, I'm circumcised, and I wouldn't have it any other way. Of course, I've never known anything else, but...
