    How much force do you use when stretching?
    So here are the options:
    1. Very light- very light force to get your dick just a bit longer then it's usual flacid state; almost the same length of flacid length;

    2. Light- when you stretch your dick it will be longer that his normal flacid state;

    3. Moderate- you can fell sometimes your inner penis and/or your ligaments having a light stretch; still a very relaxing exercise;

    4. Hard- your length when stretching is your erect length or bigger; also you may fell very well your inner penis and/or your ligaments having a good stretch; Still a relaxing exercise;

    5. Hard as hell- in this state you may experiment an unpleasent felling gived by the excess force; maybe for some of you is a good training method, and the powerfull stretch is what you want/need.

    I go moderate and hard... but when i stretch downwards it feels different than other direction.. but i think that is normal

        Going by the descriptions I go Light > Medium > Hard (gradual extension), since my BPFSL is 8.5 - 8.75, whereas my BPEL is 7.75 - 8. I don't feel any discomfort or pain though and I hold my stretches for long durations. I don't even really feel a whole lot of 'inner tug' even when I stretch very hard though. Never have.

          Maybe you don't fell the inner tug because you are one of those people that have their penis muscle not fully developed as much as the tunica... I read about these posibil diference between tunica and penis muscle on PE Theory.

            Yes, that's a real possibility. I've never bothered with a girth-oriented routine consistently enough to have my smooth muscle "catch up", as it were. Could explain my poor girth gains in comparison to length gains.

              I stretch from hard to hard as hell. I stretch my penis hard as hell for about 2hrs then just stretch hard for about 2 more hrs before jelqing with post stretching creme and gold bond lotion.

                I stretch light, but then slowly progress to a moderate stretch.

                  I usually stretch moderately hard to hard. Sometimes I end a ten to twenty second stretch with a 5 second very hard. But then there is one exercise in which I pull it out as gently as possible. So I guess you could say the strength of my stretch grip varies depending on the exercise.

                          So far it seems that more than half of people voted here are using to much force when stretching(more than 60%-8 of 13), if the best way is to use a light-moderate stretch as PEsuccessGuy and jayhawk11 said.

                            I think the amount of force changes, as you and your penis become more advanced. I remember I used to stretch very lightly when I first started. Now I've increased the intensity gradually. Still some exercises you use light stretches, the Jai for example. Seems similar to the intensity during jelqs. At first you squeeze gently and then gradually increase the intensiveness.

                            Currently I would say I'm pulling rather hard. I was using an underhand o.k. grip and I swear I never thought my penis could go that far out when stretching.

                            Basically, I think the poll is relative to what stage of a PEer you are.
