  • Do you have any vices that is against your PE'ing?

    I drink and smoke cigarettes. I don't do prescription drugs or other unless it is absolutely necessary for my health...well at least anymore. I extremely urge you not to post any illegal activities on your part. And that is why I put both prescription and other in the same vote. I do not want anyone specifying what you need to take for your personal health or recreation unless it is legal for you to do so. With that being said be as truthful as you can.

    The reason I put this poll up is to find out if I was the only smoker and drinker here. So I figured I would get better responses if I did a poll. I will be cutting down on my drinking to just one beer a night. But I think it is going to be a struggle to cut out cigarettes in the beginning so I was thinking of doing my routine in the morning before I have my first cigarette for best results.

    I also do indulge in my fair share of junk food and fast food as well. But I have been trying to do better with this too. Just because it hasn't made me over weight doesn't mean it hasn't had a bad in pack on my health and my penis's health.

    Well I hope to get a really good response to this poll because I feel that I am on an uphill battle with beginning my PE routine. Thanks for checking out my poll too!

    I eat fast food every once in a while. For instance, today, I had Burger King for lunch.

        I know I was forgetting something kingpole. Anyway one of the mods could put that as an option on this poll? No vices or something like that?

          Added that option for you.

          I'm definitely junk food/fast food. WAY undisciplined about that. I'll be remedying that very soon. However I don't drink or smoke.

            Only one at this time is drinking. I'm starting to drink every weekend. It hurts gains a little, but I will still gain. And I take measures to counter the estrogen in alcohol by drinking more liquor as an alternative to beer and taking supplements consisting of natural testosterone.

                Similar like my roommate. He chews Husky or Skoal, whatever is cheapest. Maybe the option should be changed to tobacco, covers lots of ground.

                  I don't mind it is changed to tobacco. I put cigarettes because the smoke inhalation restricts blood flow, and is bad for cardiovascular health. I wasn't thinking about chew. Does it do the same thing? Oh well I tried to make this as through as possible.

                    I'm proud to say I'm clean. I do eat fast food every once in a while but it isn't enough to be harmful, moderation is the key.

                      I use Scandinavian snuff (snus, put it under the lip) and I now it restricts my blood flow, also I have been known to grab a beer now and then. I've just started taking Ginko Biloba and can tell it's having an effect on blood flow.

                        I have stress anxious and a very dificult job and this is worse all of this vises if we sum it all for PE....
                        What I have manage in these 4 years of serious PE is something extreme more extreme even from yoga.I can put my mind in my penis and force blood into it without a errection with out a feeling just with my relaxation and mind game and send it from 6" to 8.4".I seriously find it very strange:D :p

                          No junk food, no fast food, no meat. I'm vegetarian and I only eat healthy. If I can't eat healthy during the day, then I dont eat anything. That's how paranoid I am.

                          I drink beer/liquor on weekends. I only smoke cigarettes when I drink and go out. I'm never buying a pack of cigarettes ever again.

                          I should just never smoke a cigarette ever again. But the temptation is killing me, specially after a few drinks and EVERYBODY around me is enjoying a cancer stick.

                              I enjoy drinking with my friends, but I do it maybe only once a week and not too heavily.

                              I stay the hell away from fast foods, and I limit my sweets/junk foods. Eating healthy makes your whole body feel better
