Im not quite there but almost and it happens very rarely and I never ask for it but when she wants it she lets me know. Not much to say. The first woman was her first time (mine as well). We did it once or twice (this was about 20 years ago so it's tough to remember). She said she could get used to it, but just needs to relax more.
