Usually I don't edge for less than 45 minutes, and usually not more than an hour and a half.
Although sometimes I will only do it for a few minutes like in between clamping sets, I'll edge for like 5 minutes, but that's just an in between exercises thing, not just purely edging.

You must be confusing Edging with Ballooning, only in the latter you need to refrain from ejaculation. In Edging it is very welcomed to ejaculate at the end of every session.

I agree with you, but I tried both and I think I felt more... change doing Ballooning. I think I have perfect control over my edging and I can do it for hours so I thought maybe I should stick with Ballooning since it got both Edging and other benefits to it

I actually tried the 1 week marathon as well (4 hours daily) but after 5 days my penis started to hurt at the beginning of having erections and it is tending to bend to the left more than usual :O :O
So I am taking a small rest

BTW what is your longest time during the marathon? cuz I totally agree that the longer you hold the better the results are.
