Hi gentlemen, just wondering what peoples exercise habits are on this forum. We should all know how important it is, but how many of us actually do it?

Would also be interesting to know how many work physically.

I PE 5 out of 7 days (as I'm on a 2 days 1 off routine) and I go down the gym 6 times a week on average, sometimes I go everyday, sometimes only 5 times, I never go less than 4.

I used to exercise four times per week, but with my new routine I'll be exercising five days.

As far as physical exercise I've done all of my exercising by myself at home with a small weight set. I run up and down the local high school stadium to get a cardio and leg workout.

I workout religiously 5-6 days per week. Two or three of those days are twice a day also. I've done this for the last 5 years. Prior to that, I would workout 3-4 days per week. I train my entire body with cardio, weights, and always do stretching and flexibility work. The gym is my hobby, I rarely don't want to go. I'm very thankful I love it and get so much out of it, especially since so many dread it and are unable to stick with it for any length of time. Very few things are life-changing but this is one of them. Burt

Just started getting into body building, so I go for about an hour a day, 4-6 times a week.
