Give me an actual study from a reputable source, and I'll consider it. What I can tell you, is there is some research to support the argument that foreskin removal late in life can damage penile sensitivity, but anything beyond that is hearsay.
You also mentioned how your personal experiences with cut/uncut penises reflect your beliefs, which is funny because I have the complete opposite experience. Uncut men I know are very worried about cock-size, and cut men I know are not only confident, but above the average in both length and girth, according to them and their girlfriends. I am not saying this is evidence, because it is not. I am saying this to express how personal experience is not indicative of the overall population. Your personal experiences are not proof.
If you think foreskin restoration has helped you, that is great. I really hope it has. I can tell you that I have experienced a bit of restoration due to PE, and it has done nothing for me. Absolutely nothing. I just have extra skin. My penis is the same size it has always been, and my sensitivity has not changed in the least. I can't recall a study where they broke out circumcised vs. uncircumcised in terms of size, but unless it's done wrong, I don't see how it would affect the final size. The foreskin protects the tip of the penis from injury and the elements, has it's own set of nerve endings, and reduces friction during intercourse. However, none of these things would come into play in terms of what the final size is. I have found that uncircumcised guys appear to have a larger flacid, but that might be an optical illusion.
