Increased foreskin will only enhance perception. The girth increase is likely due from the rollback of skin from your glans, which is not really an increase in girth at all. The flaccid length increase is perceived because the hood hangs down over your glans, making it appear to be longer. You can notice this on many pictures of uncut flaccid penises. Just look at where there head begins and ends, and then compare with a circumcised penis.

When the foreskin is removed in infancy the penis has no room to grow when you go through puberty stretching the scrotal skin and the skin around the base and pulling this skin forward onto the shaft. Which is why cut guys have hair growing at the bottom of the shaft and the top of the scrotum pulled onto the shaft as well. The skin being so tight that the entire penis doesn't have a chance to fully reveal itself remaining as internal penis instead. The skin is also so taught that it takes away a minimal amount of girth as well. Regrowing the foreskin (which is really lengthening the shaft skin to cover the glans not regrowing a real foreskin) will allow for this extra girth and length to reveal itself, which would be very minimal if any. This doesn't apply to all cut guys but i would say most.

It's a shame that we have lost our foreskin, there are so many functions of the foreskin that we can never grow back...

There's a thing called foreskin regeneration and a not-for-profit organization has gotten funds to conduct research and experiments on being able to regrow the foreskin through regenerative medicine. They've recently started doing a round of experiments which they've completed one and are in the process of completing their report which you can request to get a copy from them. It's quite interesting and I hope this organization is very successful about foreskin regeneration.

started seeing results in the first week actually but i went pretty hardcore.now im 3 months in and have half glans coverage(if i sit down i have full)last night i was looking at my dick in astonishment to how fat its looking in girth and feeling so happy!!also i have not jelqed or any other PE since i have started so i know for sure its due to the extra skin i have made.
