Did you lose anything after that four year hiatus compadre?

At my peak i reached 7,5/7,6 BPEL and 5,1/5,2 EG
at the moment i am at 7,3 BPEL and 5 EG but my EQ is terrible so who knows once my kegels get back to champion lvl

19 turning 20 this year. Just started jelqing but been have been doing kegels for around two to three years.
