Alot of the times, after pelvic floor friendly stretches/yoga like the butterfly pose (just an example) and sometimes even after reverse kegels, my penis feels soft on the outside, but hard on the inside. I've read that this is supposedly hard flaccid, as opposed to the spongey, soft feeling it's supposed to be on the inside when flaccid. I was wondering why this is? I assumed stretching the pelvic floor would do away with hard flaccid? Any input is appreciated.
