    Ok , we all get into visual stimulation when Edging / Ballooning to hardcore pornography is detrimental And I do agree , so I stay away from penetrating pornography. I guess my question is what is other pegym members take on edging to a Video like Hip Hop artist Nicki Minaj's video Anaconda. You have to have seen the video to get my point. Another example would be girls twerking on YouTube .. g/string or clothed . I am a butt man and big booty is my fetish.

    Visual stimulation is visual stimulation. If you had a foot fetish and looked at pics of feet it'd be no different if they were wearing sandals or not.

      Some pegym members agree to different forms of visual stimulation .. some would argue porn is porn while a girl dancing is not as detrimental as XXX Pornography. What does status quo say about those 2 different types of visual stimulation and effects on the brain. There are members who say a girl in a tight dress shaking her booty is stimulating but not enough to give him good EQ when Edging. One guy said imagination does nothing for his blood flow when jelqing , edging / Ballooning. Then again he admitted to addictive problem to XXX Pornography. So a girl in a g/string rarely gave him good EQ.

        The worst thing about porn in a PreE context is how distracting it is. It takes a lot of mental effort to be aware of all the sites of possible tension and your breathing and your mind while edging especially during the first few months. If you can't at least front RK and back RK while edging you need to focus on that first.

        The best use for visual stimulation as a beginner is outside of edging. Use it to learn your symptoms of arousal other than EQ. Use it to learn your arousal level. Don't touch yourself to visual stimulation and do it consciously to prove that habits can be unlearned. Relax and breathe while watching some instructional porn to remind yourself how good sex can be even if your dick misbehaves.

        If you need visual stimulation to achieve a 10 EQ you can't use it. After several months of edging with no progress in real sex it may make sense to add it back into your session to see it you can spot a weak point, but your ejaculatory edging sessions should still be without visual stimulation.

          While it is not as bad as penetrative sex prom for obvious reasons like the others state you are using a visual aid. Training your brain to need some type of non human assistance.

          Best alternative i could suggest is to imagine a big booty female you actually know or have seen. Try not to get too extreme with this imagination because real circumstances will never compare. If you keep it light and realistic, you can assure yourself you will get hard without any added visual or mental aids

            I find that I have to alternate between , closed eyes imagination for 10 or more minutes to seeing that butt shaking for a few then back to closing eye's. When using a fleshlight I alternate between my hand & fleshlight to stay at plateau phase longer. I have to admit I knew I did get those RK down pack after a few months because when practice was going on I let out a good long fart 😁😁😁 & no I don't fart when with the wife as some of you are probably thinking.. ROTFL

              This might rein in the progressive descent into harder pornography, but the conditioning and dependence factors might still be similar.

                Unfortunately , I can't seem to get the blood going without a visual aid . I tried imagination alone but it takes a while. I use a product called VigRX Oil & that helps with blood flow tremendously , but I only use it when I'm trying to get the routine done.

                  I,m sorry but I have to disagree about going back to hardcore pornography. While serving in the USMC many of us were addicted to that stuff. I mean we carried pornography in our gear in the field & it didn't help that I was in a combat MOS so it was rampant throughout my battery. I was happy to get that monkey off my back & I believe a lot of us Devil Dogs realized the lie that pornography portrayed.

                      Approach your training in a calm, relaxed, and no-pressure manner. if you go in there and are focusing on the frustration of attempting to adapt to functioning without external stimuli you're going to create a negative conditioning effect. The best thing you can do is to accept the fact that the transition period is going to be tough, but if you can train objectively the adaptation will be benevolent and greatly accelerated.
