    Hi Guys

    So I started my routine of doing the various yoga exercises in the sticky threads as well as a routine of Hindi squats!

    When doing my edging later on, I felt my pelvic floor was really relaxed and I could edge for as long as I want, without reaching the PONR once.

    I then went over to a girls place and we ended up having sex.

    When we were busy kissing and the clothes went off, I got a massive boner and it was really stiff. It felt that there was so much pressure within my dick itself. (This has always been the case though) I know I have problems controling my arousal, as I get very horny and my heart starts beating fast.

    Do you guys think it is because of my arousal issues that my dick get so hard and full of pressure or may there be something else? I do not mind my dick being super hard, I just want the pressure within it to not be so intense.

    I feel like if I can sort this issue out, along with training my pelvic floor, then I may finally delay my ejaculation to the point of mutual satisfaction!

      No, that internal pressure is great. You can actually have growth from supercharged erections. It's kind of like pumping or clamping from the insides.

      It's possible that your overly powerful erections where due to the hindi squats and yoga and relaxation of the muscles allowing things to happen in a most optimal fashion. I'm going to have to check this out!

            In the sticky thread, there is a section about pelvic floor balance! In that section, there is 2 post about various yoga poses! They work really well.

              Hi Pegasus, i would just like to hear your opinion about the Hindi squats! I know they work well for me! But what is the best way to do them. Some people over here say they do a 20 min routine, does that mean 20 mins without stop?

              I currently do 5 sets of 12 reps each.

                Hi longrodten, thanks fot your comment! For me the pressure kind of feels like a problem, it has started long before I did the yoga and squats! Basically, if I have a girl over, it is no problen for me to have an full blown errection for 3 hours straight! Then by the time we have sex (after the tree hours) there is so much pressure that it just want to release! I am really lucky not to struggle with dick size, so I would like the pressure to be at a minimum(atleast for now). Do you think intensive arousal exercises will help with this, or may there be some other issues in play here?

                  Hi guys. Just a quick question. When doing Hindi squats, do you for instance do a set of reps (up and down movements) for 5 mins or do you stay in the squat position for 5 mins straight?

                    Squats have multi uses, they can help build the posterior chain and in general balance muscle strength . They can be used for their kegel effect and they can be used for reverse kegel effect .
                    The hindi squat is the prime squat variant for reverse kegel effect. The reverse kegel effect is maximised with the stretch in the bottom position and in advanced trainers a reverse kegel can be done in this position.
                    Caution the pelvic floor is used in core stabilisation and the reverse kegel effectively turns it off.

                        What do you think is more important in performing the hindi squat: being as low as possible (i.e. no tension in the legs, just sitting in the bottom position) or keeping one's back straight? I can't achieve both, so in order to go fully down I need to curve my back a little.

                            I had similar erections but it was just with a babe who was real comfortable with me who was 110% into me and thought I was very attractive. So my boner was so hard it was painful. It felt good to put it inside her as the pain would subside.

                            With your supercharged erections I would put them to heavy real use, so get head and pvssy. Take your time and use the sex like "edging" where you are not trying to come as quickly as possible.

                              Yoga has 2 positive effects it calms the mind and stretches/strengthens /relaxes the pelvic floor. The pelvic floor then allows through more bloodflow into the penis
