  • Hindu squat and RK's advice plz....

    Can anyone give some advice on doing both at the same time, as some posters have mentioned they have good results doing both together.

    Is this the correct way to do a Hindu squat,but just slower?

    Do you stay in the squatted position for a period of time, whilst holding/rapid rk's?

    ..or do you do rk's whilst in the moving up and down during a hindu squat?

    You stay in the squat position. The goal is to keep your pelvic floor muscles stretched and relaxed, and not to strenghten your legs like in the normal squat.

    Though it's not the only pose that has this same purpose. I also like using the yoga pose called "happy baby", when I go to bed before sleep I hold this position for 5-10 mins and hold RKs for as long as possible.

      Is the happy baby pose stretch as intense as a hindi squat? I might give that a try.

      Also esco555, you don't necessarily have to RK when in the squat position. If your pelvic floor is really tight you might want to consider it, but over time you won't need to.

        I see. So you basically stay in the squat position, with your arms held horizontally out and your feet rested on front (so no weight on heels)?

        Then rk from this position.

          I think it's not as intense, because on hindi squat you have the gravity pushing your PV down. But I find it easier to hold stronger RKs on the happy baby pose. So for me both poses are equivalent.

            Many thanks. Saved me alot of trial and errorring with showing me that pic

            Do you do a warm up before you start?

            And what reps did you begin with (i.e. lenght of time per day, number of fast clenches vs pushing and holding the rk for seconds) so i have an idea of what to build myself up to...

              You're welcome.
              Right now I'm doing around 15 minutes each day, I hold the position and try to keep the RK as long as possible. Sometimes I start with quick RKs to "warm up" and then I do strong and continuous RKs.
              Anyway try to have the habit of holding light RKs whenever you remember it during the day. So it may become the natural state for your PV.

              Do you mean warm up with heat? No I don't do it.

                I'm definitely a minute man at best, so will be interested to see where this leads in next few weeks/months.

                    I never had serious Pre-E, but within 2-4 weeks of hindi squats the involuntary kegels I would get went away. I did have a kegel/reverse kegel routine for a while though that also helped me be more relaxed. Definitely give hindi squats a try if you haven't.

                      My Pre-E isn't serious either. I'm betting that most physicians wouldn't even consider my condition Pre-E but I want ultimate control. Nothing is worse than when you get in that pussy real good, she's moaning and close to cumming, but you have to back off because your arousal goes from a 5 to a damn 9 because of involuntary kegels. I usually just keep hitting it and we cum at the same time which is magical, but sometimes I wanna stay in there and cum when I'm ready. Quite frustrating. But thanks alot man. I'll give them a try for a while. Did my first 10 minute session today. 2x5 minutes. Going to try to work up to 15 minutes continuously.

                          When you started did you do 15mins in 1 go? Or 3 reps of 5mins each? If so, about how long of a break did you take between reps?

                            Hey eco555, I tried the 15 mins in one go but it is really really tough on your knees! I do 3 sets of 5 mins, then rest for about 2 mins in between! Also have a look in the sticky section for yoga poses to combat the pf tightness. Also very importantant to do a rk routine outside of all these exercises! I uave been doing this for only 2 weeks now and I am already seeing big improvement. Just stay dedicated, do not skip your routines and know that this will work. Be positive about it man, once you go into your edging session being positive, your results will improve. Also get a fleshlight if you can, that thing is a gamechanger!

                              Thanks! I'm definitely positive. The amount of people on here who had success with this technique is all the motivation i need.
