Reverse Kegels

    Feeling like trying to push out a pee? Also as I said I have had problems with ed and pe, which almost certainly due to over masturbation for a quite few years. Ed problems seem to be getting better since I stopped masturbating so much, would you say that if I wee to cut masturbation down to once every 1 or 2 weeks and started doing kegel and reverse kegels it would help ed and pe, as just doing kegels seemed to worsen pe?

    • A regular routine of Kegels and Reverse Kegels tends to help just about everything from ED to PE to the National Debt. Increased circulation can increase sensitivity and lead to some temporarily worsened PE but that tends to be short lived.

        I would add that the increased sensitivity is, although a good part from increased circulation, may also have a lot to do with the tensed up nerves in the muscle that have all of the sudden been stretched and relaxed to the point that they can now transmit the sensations to your brain in a much healthier way!

        Its nothing to worry about though, as Pirate said, your mind eventually gets used to the new "norm" of excitement and is ready for more

        • thanks sounds good are the k and rks to be done while have sex/masturbating aswell to help with pe, or just throughout the day?, one more question slightly off topic about frequency of masterbation, i often feel too much causes me ed problems and if i go longer amounts of time without i have forms of pe, what is a "normal/healthy" frequency? (i know everyone differs)

          • Yes, experiment with ks and rks during sex, masturbation, and edging. Learn how your body reacts to them.
            Edging should be part of your regular routine. At the end of your edging session, if you feel like you need to ejaculate, do it. Don't worry about your frequency. As you said: we are all different. I ejaculate about once a week.

            • ok sounds a good idea, will try edging as well(like start/stop right?), what i meant about the k and rk during sex or masterbation is that do you squeeze/push it when you near ejaculation to stop that potr, or is just doing k and rk regularly enough to help without using these muscles during sex, as i have heard about using kegels for multiple orgasms which seems quite complicated. would jus doing these exercises be enough to help or do u have to encorpoate them into sex?

              • I have noticed that doing RKs a few minutes before sex/masterbation really helps stamina. I suppose giving the muscle a stretch before makes contractions less frequent and easier to control.

                  Kind of like pushing out a fart, yes. I have noticed that I feel a swelling feeling between my balls and anus when performing the RK. I have only been doing these for a couple of days, and let me tell you when you read it here that you notice a difference after a few sessions it's true. A BIG difference. I've come to the conclusion that I have been constantly flexing my PC. Now that I am conscious of it and focus on relaxing I feel completely different. As a side note, I incorporated RK's into my edging session and they work wonders! Right when I feel a tingle I reverse kegel for about 5 - 10 seconds and the tingle subsides and you can really go to town. I mean really go to town. Keep working on the RK, as they have worked for me in this short period I believe they can do the same for you.

                    You can try incorporating it into sex. I did. I had a DO because immediately after RKing I unconsciously kegeled and I felt it was PONR so I performed what I have read on here as a "root lock" (squeezing the sphincter...really, really, really hard) and lo-and-behold a DO. Which had a crazy effect on me and I'm sure you've read it somewhere on here but it enabled me to continue on. I was also able to go hard and fast, which for anybody with PreE knows, is not easy. So forget what I began with, hell yes incorporate it into sex!

                    • Stop/start is the normal starting point for edging. Over time work towards kegel edging. If you also do a kegel routine seperately, you will develop specific strength ,so that when you combine kegels and edging you have the best chance of success.

                      • just thinking to myself that the kegels are like holding in bowl movements and reverse kegels like pushing them out, when i was much younger i had constipation problems which could have caused pc muscles to tighten, also in teens over masturbated regularly for many years which i suppose teaches you to get in habit of ejaculating as quickley as possible i would also often really tense up again prehaps tightening pc muscels. Some of these new techniques im learning about might just do the trick

                        • Im gonna try reverse kegeling to relaxen my pelvic floor together with normal kegels.

                          Is it normal to feel like you dont get the hang of reverse kegels compared to normal ones? Sometimes I even pee alittle (or feel like) doing the reverse ones. Am I on the right track?

                            • haha. Well. I find it hard to isolate it all the way "from the tip of penis and back", like pumping blood out of penis as Pirate describes. Probably because Im not really in touch with my most "outer/upper" pelvic muscles in penis. Funny and encouraging thing is, doing reverse kegels while erect I feel like Im getting closer to the tip, like Im in touch with an area I havent felt for quite a long time. Only very slightly, but still.

                              • while im edging when very horney, i seem to reach ponr within few mins but what i have been doing is leaving it for a while doing a rk and then breathing in and out slowley. this brings levels down, and can then carry on but have noticed that erection quality then goes down to say a 6 , then whenever it gets back up to a 9 im right near the ponr and feel very sensitive.

                                does this sound right, as have had slight ed problems in past. important to note though is have been doing tests at uni recently so bit more stressed and not eating/ exercising as good as used to which im sure will affect eq, also important to note i was watching porn before edging, which is bound to make you hit ponr sooner. watched porn as wanted to experiement with arousal levels, i am a virgin so is levels of arousal same during sex as in masturbation? or would you be more aroused watching porn than having sex?
