  • Questions regarding how hindi squats helps PE and how far it goes.

    Hey so I have been doing some hindi squats for around 3 weeks now. I must say I think I am seeing improvements. Before I was lasting about 1 minute in slow edging. Today I can last around 5-6 minutes. I hope this is improvements and not luck.

    I rushed masturbation with porn for a lot of years I am guessing that is why I have PE and I guess i am tight in the pelvic floor. I wanted to ask some questions regarding how far hindi squat will help me.
    question
    1) Is there a limit to how far hindi squats can help you? by this I mean will I get to a point where I will just find them ineffective because my pelvic floor can't stretch/loosen up anymore?
    2) can hindi squat on its own + RK during the hindi squat cure premature ejaculation? or can it only go so far to a limit.
    3) Most important question to me is I noticed when I do slow edging I can last much longer than fast strokes. Will I be able to eventually last longer with fast strokes as my pelvic floor gets more looser and more relaxed from hindi squats?

    Edit: I am doing about 5-9 hindi squats a day, doing 10 minute holds on each hindi squat. So as you can see I dedicate a lot of time to doing them. I am motivated to beat PE and willing to do as much as I can.

    Individual results vary, but hindis + rk are really the standard protocol but you still have to edge/do start and stops as well as do erect kegels only to strengthen the PF muscles. It's the combination of these that cures PRe E.

      I forgot to add I edge every other day to see results+practice edging because why not. Do you think the fast strokes resulting to quick PONR can be cured doing these things or no?
