Hindi Squats and Simultaneously doing a R/K is 💯... I've actually been able to hold the Garland Pose for a solid 5 minutes nowadays ... PE IS ALL GOOD 🙏🏿

Hindi squats, and butterfly stretches, plus some hamstring stretches have been helping me a lot with Pre E. Previously I would bust in less than a minute. Recently that's all changed. Even foreplay doesn't bring on PONR.
Last night we were really tired after a long day and ended up just doing what we do for foreplay. Now usually I would get to PONR really quick and have to stop immediately. Last night, I had way way more control and felt way way more relaxed in my PF. Wife could stroke, squeeze and tease it a lot, and I had to constantly be aware of any tightening or PF tenstioning. The good thing it wasn't as painstaking as before to keep it relaxed. Another super plus was that the IKs I used to have are getting weaker and weaker. And yet another pos+ is that my erection was really stiff and felt nice.
I have also noticed that my girth is really thick visually ( I haven't measured for a long while). It is like the relaxed PF has made it more free to fill with blood and I am wondering now if a tense PF effects girth (even length) gains? - I want to take a measurement soon of my length as well, since upon penetration, I found that I am going in deeper.
My wife commented on my tension: I was amazed when she said that she could feel that my penis felt more relaxed but still hard and stiff. I asked her what she meant and she said that it felt really good but before she used to feel that I had tension in my erection when I was inside. I kinda think I understand what she means because I used to get very tense on thrusts because I was trying to hold back the IKs.
