    Hey everyone iv'e posted on here a couple times but I haven't taken this serious until now and i'm tired of this hindering my life, and committed to change. So i'm going to keep a running log. Im hoping I could receive some tips and tricks along the way, along with some help in places i'm doing things wrong.

    Im 29, and have been suffering from PE since I can remember. I actually remember being a kid and first starting to masturbate thinking that I was going to have to learn to keep an erection after blowing my load because I had already started training my self to cum almost instantly. Fast forward 15 years I currently have a girlfriend who I'm completely happy with, and loves me. Ive voiced to her that i'm committed to fixing this problem, and she's with me on it.

    For the longest time I was able to do a number of different things to last longer. One of those was to get erect right after, and pretty much keep going. That worked for a long time, but now its turned in to an issue as I have become older my refractory is pretty much forever. By the time I can get hard again i'm going to be back in the minute man status anyways. The other way is to use some kind of recreational drug/ or my favorite whiskey. I went three months at one time where I would get drunk on whiskey, and sleep with a girl who (I liked a lot). I banged her out every night for 3 months and we only had sex sober a couple times where I blew quick... all the other times I made her cum 3 or 4 times; made up for it. The situation ended and life changed, I ended up breaking her heart because she fell for me, and I didn't want her to see that I had a problem. This is when I really started to realize that this was a HUGE issue and I needed to fix it. After all this time on the whiskey is when my refractory period plummeted so I realized that I couldn't sustain this habit for more reasons than the alcoholism. I also noticed this weird period in time for 2 weeks after where I had complete control over my ejaculations, I would be completely sober and could last as long as I wanted. Could this have been from all the time drinking?? IDK that was a weird period of time, and I thought I had figured it out. I had just then started experimenting with pulling techniques and massaging the muscles in between the shaft and anus when I showered so I figured I was just tight down there and needed to loosen up. Alas my problems made a quick comeback pun intended.

    Iv'e managed to target my issue to part physiological where I feel anxiety or excitement from even the site of a naked women & physical noticing that I clench my PC muscles unintentionally when excited. So my plan is to use RK's, although I don't even know how to use those in a routine? Do I just hold them? or do I do them in sets? Then my next techniques is going to be edging starting from no imagination then moving up to sexual images and probably porn since watching porn makes me cum almost instantly. My thought process on this is if I can last as long as I want edging to the most vivd images/sounds/ and feelings that this will help re wire my brain to last as long as I want during sex, and fortunately I have a beautiful GF to explore this with I will also use hindi squats & pulling techniques to loosen up.

    Here are the things that I have learned so far using edging. At first during edging even the thought of sex would bring me to PONR almost instantly. So what I began to do was edge with no imagination at all. I started off having to do this with start and stop technique. Eventually I was able to work to a point where I could go as long as I wanted, this was beneficial because as soon as I started to move up the scale in pleasure I learned how to tun it down and keep going. I can now edge with no images or imagination as long as I want but this doesn't translate in to sex very well. Then I moved up to using imagination and noticed I had the same results, I could feel my self get excited but I was able to control it. I am now looking at actual photos of women and starting to have to use stop start technique because I begin to get excited and blow through the levels much to quick. I also noticed I am not able to "turn down" the sensations and have to stop completely, i've been massaging in between the stops and starts and it seems to help a lot. I also have a very easy time controlling the desire to cum when receiving oral sex, that blows my mind...id rather it be the opposite...but this is no time for wishing.

    During sex I pretty much have to start then stop and go down on her, I can't go to town like we all know we want to. Im also working on arousal control by controlling my breathing and paying attention to where my arousal state is. Talking to my girlfriend and telling her i'm working on the issue has done wonders for my comfort with her. She is pretty open and doesn't seem to mind to much. Ive gotten pretty good with my fingers and mouth that she gets hers to.

    Iv'e also been experimenting with 5htp, St. johns Wort, and macca root, idk what one it is but one of them is giving more frequent erections, probably the Macca. does anyone have any experience with these? What are the doses thats recommended?

    Today I started off edging. I eventually got it up with a pretty low EQ this has been happening lately. I worked it for about 5 minutes, then I moved to using imagination this got me to a point where I had decent EQ. After about 12 minutes of this I moved to using pictures on my phone. I was able to control it for about 5 minutes then I could feel my PC starting to tighten up and my arousal started to blow through the levels. I used the start stop technique for about 5 minutes and then decided to leave it at that.

    I later went back to it using pictures almost instantly and was able to control for about 5-7 minutes. I started having to use the start stop technique, I did this for another 10 minutes with some success I was able to kinda curve off ejaculation for a while. I toned down the pictures from hardcore shit to just hot naked chicks, Eventually I realized the arousal was to high and went to no pictures no imagination. I did this for another ten minutes and became to excited and eventually blew my load. I was kinda disappointed and it's actually what caused me to start this log.
    Although I cant be to upset because from where I started to now i have seen improvement. I just would like it translate over to actual sex. Although from what I have dabbled in I am a little better. I used to literally go inside and blow, now I can thrust for about 1 minute pull out, thrust for a little. So there is improvement but now i would like to see huge improvement.

    After all this I did 2 sets of hindi squats one at 3 minutes and another at 2.

    Anyone have any tips for an RK routine?

    Let me know if theres anything I should change.

    Morning Hindi squat for 3 minutes. Pain in the shins. May do another set.

    Edging: Began with no mental stimulation. Took about 1 min and 10 seconds to get hard. No stimulation edging for 5:30 seconds. NO Ik's no stopping, edging at a consistent speed throughout.
    - At 5:30 I moved to imagination. Same result no IK's at a consistent speed and grip.
    -10:00 moved to online images. Same result no IK's. Note: I was able to move to a 7 or 8 then back down to a five adjusting tempo
    - 15 moved to more hardcore images, anal, DP, Etc. I was able to go to 20:00 with the same results.
    - After 20 minutes I decided to move to video. unfortunately it took forever to load but I was able to get it going at 24:00. Sound up. I was able to go from 24 - 27 minutes before I started feeling IK's and spasms.

    So I can target the reason for my PE to psychological and a little bit physical. I have a lot of hope from today. If I can get from not even being able to see a naked women without blowing my load to 20 minutes of edging with the same thing, I know I can move to a more exciting environment like sex and be able to confidently be with my Lady as long as I would like.

    Been reading "the power of habit". Im learning about neuronpathways in the brain and how our behaviors effect us. Rushed masturbation at a young age has seemed to trigger an automatic response in my brain that says:
    if; sexual excitement
    then; blow your load

    This is a bad habit that needs th be changed. IDK know exactly what the "then" statement would be yet. But I know I would like to last long enough to make my girl cum every time. Mainly not feel the anxiety of performance.

    This is another thing i'm beginning to tackle. That is inner talk. I seem to automatically assume i'm going to cum quick, kinda digging my grave for myself so to speak. Instead now im programming my brain to automatically think and imagine I will last as long as I want every time. This is helping carve new pathways in the brain, and with just general confidence.

      There is a post floating around about dextromethorphan, I went ahead and tried it for shits and giggles. It worked. I was able to go at it for about 20 minutes with my GF before I decided to blow my load.

      Today Is a chill day. I was on the mountain all day. Ill do some Hindi squats with a stretching routine I usually do to keep my body limber.

        Woke up today and started edging.
        5 minutes - no imagination
        @10 minutes I started moving to pictures. Ive made a couple changes in my routine. I only use one picture now and I don't do anything hardcore. Along with video I will keep it to 1 man on women and just regular sex scenes.
        at 15:min I moved to video - I started to lose a little control here and did a stop start technique to about 25:00 minutes. I think after this edging session I've decided to cut out video for a while and use just strict imagination to really embed the habit of staying in the pleasure zone instead of going straight for the money.

        2 sets of hindi squats at 1 minute each. I also noticed today while riding my road bike that riding has a massage effect on the PC area.

        2nd edging session. Standing up.
        At first I really thought I was going to hit PONR wayyy to quick with no imagination. but I persisted through and the feelings began to subside a little.
        at 3:00 minutes I almost did hit PONR and that kinda bummed me out. so I stopped then started again. For about three minutes after I was able to use imagination. I pictured having a chick bent over and railing her from behind standing up (one of my favorite positions) I tried to be as vivid as possible in my brain even to imagining what she actually felt like inside, and the sounds she would make. I was able to go like this for about 3 more minutes. for a total of 6 minutes.
        After that I moved to just edging with no imagination. Here I worked on taking the pleasure all the way up to a 9 almost to PONR but not quit and then bringing it down to a 5 with out changing stroke, speed or grip. When i'm able to last the longest I can do this technique effortlessly, it's amazing. Eventually I will work this up to being able to do this anytime with anyone. I did this for about 6 minutes. I then moved back to imagination ( the same thing) and wrapped up at 16:53.

        Neither of these did I ever ejaculate. I also focus on really enjoying the plateau feeling. I really try to feel excitement and joy from it to re wire my brain to want to stay there. I also imagine that the women I'm with is enjoying it, and praising the sex, this builds confidence. I read somewhere that the mind cannot differentiate between real and imaginary. so Im hoping this is building new connections in the brain.

          Edging session 1
          I was able to go for a total of 16 minutes this morning, and didn't complete. Things I noticed today was I had to stop and start 2 times when I moved to visuals, IK's like a mother fucker. I think after not cumming for multiple sessions I needed to, although I waited. I also see that my PC muscles are tight and need to be relaxed. Going to look in to purchasing magnesium vitamins today.

          I did some pull and 2 sets of hindi squats at 2 minutes to see if my edging improved.

          went for a total of 18:40
          Again with no imagination I was fine. Once I introduced any kind of pictures moved to stop start. eventually finished.

          Key points today is tight PC muscles. I understand magnesium deficiency's can cause this, so i'm going to go ahead and order some and see how it pans out
