  • Reverse Kegels and Hemmoroids

    Hi guys,
    My story is not different... My life is almost ruined.. I`m 28 years old...
    Yes i know i have read all forums and opinions and articles about the subject, but i don`t want to give up. Im not from US.

    Im trying to cure my PE and i decided to try with Reverse Kegels. After 1 week i developed external hemmoroids. They are still soft and i think that can be controlled but that means that i have to stop any possible strain from that area. I was trying to do very subtle reverse kegels not to strain too much.

    So, as i understand reverse kegels are used to relax pelvic floor muscles but i don`t see any way to do that without strain in the anal area because the BE and IC muscles are connected. Deep squats are also very bad for hemmoroids.

    I have several questions
    1. Do you have a idea how reverse kegels can be done without affecting hemmies?
    2. Is there any exercises which can replace RK ?
    3. Do you think that vibrator applied in the area between anus and penis can relax those muscles?
    4. Can reverse kegels be done when squeezing butts to protect hemmoroids from straining but at the same time pushing reverse kegels.

    I`m almost decided to continue with RK and develop hemmoroids which can be removed Surgically and to suffer 1 month with very bad pain from the surgery if reverse kegels will stop my PE.

    Any opinions are welcome. Sorry if i`m a bit radical but i don`t see a other way. My friends in my age already have children..but I even can`t keep normal relationship with woman because of my problems and i don`t believe anymore in luck.

    With enough practice one is able to isolate front RK's from back RK's.

      I consider RKs and squat supplements to curing Pre-E. If you do both of those exercises but don't work as much on separating pleasure from orgasm you won't progress as quickly.

      Edge everyday and when you hit the PONR pull your pants up. Only ejaculate every 3-4 days.

        Learning how to RK is about learning how to relax not about pushing. You should be able to relax the BC completely with no effect on the anus. My PreE at least was mostly BC based.

          With those hemmoroids things are getting very difficult.

          When you are doing reverse kegels are you pushing slightly your ABS muscles out?
