      If your problem is in that your emotions are taking the better of you, meditation is a great tool to learn to befriend and master your emotions (feeling them but not necessarily letting them affect you). I have meditated for around 80 days and I am feeling a lot more emotionally relaxed after have passed through some hard emotions that needed to be take care of. In my theory when stress and upsetting emotions have been dealt with, enjoying sex and not worrying about ejaculation, etc. will be much easier.

      When I meditate, I sit and try to feel where I feel the most upset at the moment, which until and currently is around my heart area.

        I see there is still not one post on here regarding a success. Was hoping after a few days would at least see some glimmer of hope. Hopefully with more time a few members will post something positive

          we should still wait - as Pegasus said this thread with its's 6 RULES OF SUCCESS is asking people for effort and the success rate probably wont be 1 cured member a week - the training takes weeks/months...

          People who were cured BEFORE this thread was created will very unlikely come back here to re-tell their story for this thread - they either did in their personal log/diary threads or they left forum completely.

          If we get any success stories that comply with 6 RULES OF SUCCESS they will be from future cured members...

          Also making this a sticky would give it more weight so people are willing to put in the effort...

            I'll reply like this.

            I never even knew how to do Kegels or Reverse Kegels until I started Penis Exercises. ( But always thought they were for females )

            My problem wasn't really Pre-E because considering lasting past , 3-5 minutes isn't considered Pre-E. 🤣🤣🤣

            Doing Kegels & Reverse Kegels religiously after over 9 Months did send me onto tapping into MMO , but it wouldn't transition into actual sex the way I would like.

            Although Kegels & RK'S are an important ingredient in Ejaculation control , I would have to say that did only about 80% of the whole package.

            It's a lot about Technique , Timing , & Kegels Strength for this to actually work during intercourse.

            If that Timing , Technique or Kegels Strength is out of harmony ," forget about it ".

            Other then that I'd say Kegels didn't make me last longer with intercourse but within combination of other things , belly breathing , mind relaxation , Supplements , etc . That's where my stamina went up.

            My goal was to go past 15 minutes of straight penetration & Kegels or Reverse Kegels didn't do that for me.

            What did get me past 15 minutes was

            Combination of
            Kegels & KRATOM Capsules
            Kegels & Penis Banding
            Kegels & my daily Supplements of VigRx + for EQ

            But overall Kegels & Reverse Kegels alone only helped me actually be able to complete 30-60 minutes of Edging on a Fleshlight without Ejaculation , pulling up my pants & getting on with my daily routine

              TANGO 5/10> thanks for the story... i hope that you are well over that 15 minutes goal that you set yourself in the begining... i see that "religious 9 months" of K/RK didnt bring you all the way and its clear from your list there are other necessary ingredients in the mix (thanks for listing them)... one question: how long did you last before in minutes... its not very clear from the 3rd sentence... thanks for the story again

                One thing I dont understand when someone say for example "I lasted 1 minute".Does he mean he can thrust straight for 1 minue without stopping with good fast tempo before feeling PONR or that the whole sex experience is only 1 minute?

                For example when I had Pre E I could made sex for 30 40 minutes but managed to thrust for only 10 15 seconds with moderate/hard tempo before the need to stop.Sometimes 30 40 seconds with lots of RK breathing and adjusting of positions but thats all.

                I think this is also a very unclarified moment of all those "success stories".

                  Hey sorry if I wasn't to clear about the stamina question.

                  Well I could make excellent foreplay in all my relationships & that was my specialty. Good oral & attention to detail can last for as long as your Woman wants until you have her begging for penetration.

                  My sober minded penetration stamina before I knew anything about PE was 3-5 minutes. Now back in my Marijuana

                    Now back in my Marijuana smoking days , the weed could let me have penetration stamina for 30+ minutes but I couldn't do it sober minded.

                    So my goal was to get to 15 minutes because that was just my short term. I've accomplished that but Kegels & Reverse Kegels alone did not get me there.

                    I hope I answered OK with what has Kegels & RK'S actually done for my individual self for actual sex & again I say it got me into MMO with Edging but is not always 100% with actually having intercourse if your Timing , Technique , or Kegels Strength is not in sync.

                      Successful Post

                      1. Im married and get to test my progress often. Min once a week.
                      Oftentimes multiple times weekly.

                      2. My average has trended to about 10min of vigorous sexual penetration.
                      Random bouts of "porn star" quality stamina. This is over the last 50 sexual encounters, ballpark.

                      3. Before I started to work on stamina o lasted consistently 1-3mins. Maybe 3-6 times I lasted noticeably longer. This was over about 8 years.

                      4. Been training for about 9months.
                      Have a log somewhere.

                      5.ratio of K/RK probably 5/95. I don't do much Kegal strengthen work actually. Mostly I RK holds at all times.

                      6. I've found useful:
                      Hindi squats often as possible for long periods of time.
                      Edge/balloon session practicing relaxing whole body.
                      Stretching out legs and stuff around.
                      (Probably should do yoga)

                      Arousal control. Learning about myself.

                      Confidence and believing in myself was HUGE factor is relieving stress and anxiety.

                      Self awareness- knowing about your body and what/how it's currently feeling. Helps me figure out how well something is working for me, and how well I'm doing with certain workouts/sex.

                        What i don't get is why the mens pelvic floor specialists who i sent to go see had never hears of reverse kegels. I'm going to stick at them. What i definitely did notice after a few days of doing them was when touching my penis i didn't get the same contraction/spasms which were in the form of a 'mini kegel' if that makes sense?

                          The earliest mention of RK I've found on these forums was from 2009. Pegasus maybe able to help out with if RK originated from this site or from another source.
                          He was posting in the thread.

                              This site did not invent the term rk it did however popularise it . It was little known before this site started pushing it's benefits . The push became strong dating from the granpa thread Implications.
