  • Device to measure Pelvic Floor tension

Is there any device that i can use to measure how much tension is there in my pelvic floor.

I have doing RKs/Tennis ball massage for some time now and i have no idea if any of this is working. So is there muscle measuring device to measure such a thing so i can establish a baseline and then work from that baseline ?

    bump...

i believe there are 3 main types of muscle contraction probes...

    1) anal - its basically a small anal dildo you insert into anus that can measure the contraction of anal sphincter, which is directly linked to pelvic floor
    2) vaginal - same as above but for use in vaginal canal - woman use it to retrain vaginal strength after birth
    3) patches - ive seen photos of band-aid-like patches with wires that are connected to reading device

its important not to confuse CONTRACTION READING devices with devices that actually OUTPUT ELECTRICITY - sending tiny electroshocks to muscles to train their strength - they are called TENS and you may know them from ABS workout infomercials where they send tiny electroshocks to abs to make them contract - therefore strenghtening them over long term

i would prefer to find a device with patches to MEASURE pelvic floor contraction but iam not sure if any exist - most of those pictured on google are actually the TENS devices - they do not measure anything they SEND OUT TINY ELECTRIC SHOCK
