    Hello fellas. I'll keep this really short.

    I'm 35 years old. I've had extreme premature ejaculation my entire life. Like I can't even get to sex and literally cum within seconds of getting an erection. I'm a good looking guy and the last girl I dated was actually a successful model, but it didn't end up lasting, and I know the main reason was because of my sexual issues. We literally couldn't do anything sexual because I just would cum within seconds of doing anything. It's really the most severe case I've ever heard of. I've never had sex over a minute, and have had sex with only 3 girls in my life. Pretty humiliating!

    Anyway, for the past 2 years now, I have developed a severe case of semen leakage/pre-cum on every single erection I get while awake. However, I wake with a morning erection every single morning (even if I get up to pee anytime in the middle of the night I have an erection), and I never once have a drop of semen leakage in my undies. Yet when I'm awake and get an erection, after it's gone I have leakage drops all over my underwear.

    I've done acupuncture and herbs for over a year and it didn't do anything. I really have no idea what to do. I've looked all over the internet and haven't found anything that has helped this issue at all.

    Does anyone here have ANY advice on what to do or how to fix this? Exercises, herbs, etc?

    I'm truly at a loss here.

    Before I can even begin to tackle my premature ejaculation, I have to figure this out first.

    Any help would be SO GREATLY appreciated!!

    Okay, you have two separate issues, but I think that they're connected.

    #1 is semen leakage. I dunno exactly the reason for why it's only during waking life vs morning wood -- in order to figure that out, my first guess is that we'd need to look more into your positions during erections. I'd guess it has something to do with how your pelvic floor is tilted.

    Direct advice for this would be to start training your pelvic floor with a Kegel heavy routine. Look around on-site to figure out how to strengthen your kegel muscle.
    (Separate question - do you have dribbles of urine after peeing? If so, more evidence for a weak K muscle.)

    #2 is pre. E.
    This is way harder to diagnose, bc everyone has separate reasons for it. Think of it like the common cold- its actually many different 'diseases' that have the same undesired symptom. Could be that you are anxious, could be that you're inflexible, that your pelvic floor muscles are weak, etc.

    Your best bet is to do more research and try to find something that works for you here. Stickies are good for that.
    First thing to start work with, imo, is doing gentle yoga that is oriented around your lower hips area, particularly the Hindi squat and some others. Combine this with deliberate strengthening work for your Kegel muscle specifically, and you'll show at least some progress.

    Probably should take you about 2-4 weeks to start seeing progress, then reassess.
