  • Reverse Kegels feel really pleasant almost orgasmic

    Hi guys just wondered if anyone have same feeling or iam just a fortunate one... Recently i started doing RK in a slightly different way than i did before... i do not push the reverse kegel at all, not even a hair or subconsious attempt to push.... nothing at all...

    Instead i just focus on relaxing the muscle... its literaly a brain training... focusing on relaxing a muscle regardles if you feel it as tensed or not...

    After couple days i establsihed nice brain/neural connection with the muscles and now when i focus on relaxing i can actually feel the muscles relaxing... AND THAT FEELING IS REALLY SPECIAL

    when the muscle relaxes i feel tingling in the muscle - it feels bit like being tickled by a feather but inside the perineum muscles... as with tickling it feels bit like a pleasurable feeling building up until it turns agonizing (too much tickling)...

    but in last couple days i start to build capacity for this weird ticklish feeling and it turns that the more i relax the perineal muscles (without pushing even a little bit) the feeling turns into more and more intense as if an orgams is about to get triggered... let me remind that:

    a) iam totally flacid and penis is shrinked very small the whole time
    b) i do not touch myself at all i only focus on relaxing perineal muscles
    c) no Involuntary Kegels or twitching - iam totally relaxed and no sign of erection or IKs in penis shaft or perineum
    d) iam lying on my back totally relaxed all over my penis and perineum

    AND AT THE SAME TIME i feel mounting pleasure in all my perineal muscles building up and up and up > THE MORE I RELAX the more the tickling intensifies... its weird contradiction...

    the feeling is still little uncomfortable as if ticklling but at the same time i can feel its inherently orgasmic and pleasurable sensation...

    ill see where it goes from here...
    i dont say this is anything usable in REAL SEX...
    its just very new sensation...

    so far i would call it "relaxation orgasmic response" DD

      interestingly, when i only think of contracting OR pushing out the muscles the feeling stops... any minuscule neuromuscular engagement of the muscles etither way (contraction or even a tiny pushing out) stops the relaxation and stops the tingling and spreading of the feeling...


      IT WOULD BE CRAZY to be able to "RELAX INTO ORGASM" without touching yourself or even moving... just RELAX YOURSELF INTO ORGASM

        Yes you have found the key. We tell people how to find it with the push urine out. Then once they find it we hope they learn what you have. This is when the RK is most effective.

          yeah i always pushed for RK, actually i pushed pretty hard... thinking i stretch the muscle more... now i dont push even a 0,000000000001 % i dont even think in my head "PUSH" or "OUTWARDS" i just think "RELAX" or "MELT" and i immediatelly get that tingle and tickle spreading inside the muscle...

          as i said "PUSHING" even a 0,000000000001% actually hinders the tingle and stops it... CONTRACTING does the same.... you just have to "MELT" the tension in the muscle without "pushing" or "flexing"

          when i try to comence pissing, standing at the urinal, i actually push out pretty hard because i guess iam trying to squeze bladder to comence the flow of urine down the urinal tube... it works when i need to comence urination..

          HOWEVER here pushing even a 0,000000000001 % actaully kills the tingling sensation - in here i only "MELT" or "RELAX" the muscle and the sensation builds and builds on its own...

          just saying not sure if this is helping LAST LONGER or actually THE OPPOSITE making me even more sensitive...

            I actually have tuned into the same feeling. The only place so far I've found RKs being described like this are the HANS protocol and apparently this thread. For me I can get this tingling sensation without any pushing, just tuning into a specific region in my pelvic floor. Right above my perineum is the easiest, but I can also do it within the base of the penis, or both. Does this make sense to you and does this sound like what an RK is supposed to be?

              Yes, and yes. Learn to focus on each muscle and relax it is the isolation that will help.

                Great to hear, thank you for your response! I've been training this for the last couple of days now. So one time while edging I was able to tune into this feeling (hardly able to stop doing it really), and every tug would feel almost orgasmic in my pelvic floor. However, I haven't been able to do this during sex. We practice using start/stop, and during the stop (where before I would be able to RK by pushing out my muscles, and also sometimes during) I haven't been able to really tune into this feeling. Any idea how I could practice this? Doing it during edging?

                  I gave it a try to focus on relaxing the BC muscle and it actually kinda worked well. I've been working out for a while so I know how to get good muscle mind connection and when I did this I feel my legs tingle with relaxation, but the BC muscle relaxing isn't too strong. I could definitely still feel it relaxing and tingling a bit ghk which does feel nice.
