Basically, if you suffer from piles that are easily triggered into prolapse, being in the Hindi squat position for too long can cause your piles to prolapse.
For me, overdoing it is more than one fifteen minute session every day. For others it might be shorter. I've not reviewed this in a while, but I haven't had piles in ages.
What improved doing Hindi squats the most for me, was doing diaphragmatic breathing, and operating the 'pelvic piston' mechanism, whilst doing the squat.
I had a doctor tell me that having a pelvic floor musculature that is too loose can cause piles by itself, regardless of any hereditary predisposition for piles.
