    Basically, if you suffer from piles that are easily triggered into prolapse, being in the Hindi squat position for too long can cause your piles to prolapse.

    For me, overdoing it is more than one fifteen minute session every day. For others it might be shorter. I've not reviewed this in a while, but I haven't had piles in ages.

    What improved doing Hindi squats the most for me, was doing diaphragmatic breathing, and operating the 'pelvic piston' mechanism, whilst doing the squat.

    I had a doctor tell me that having a pelvic floor musculature that is too loose can cause piles by itself, regardless of any hereditary predisposition for piles.

      Ok, now I understand. Was not getting the "piles" thing as I'm from europe, but now I see you are reffering to hemoroids.
      If it's not too much to ask, could you please elaborate on these two as well?

      stopped edging for longer than twenty minutes immediately, (I actually think ejaculating sooner than twenty minutes at first is more beneficial)

      stopped edging and ejaculating more than once a week,


      did you not feel full if you ejaculate once every 7 days? as in tension in the perineum ? how do you think this would benefit Pre E? By the fact that you dont ejaculate too often ?

        Sorry about the delay in responding. However, if it still helps, I don't feel full, or have extra tension in the perineum if I abstain from sex for seven days.

        It would probably benefit PreE because you're not overworking a tight set of muscles, and reinforcing their bad habits.

          I made a full post on my success, but figured I'd post here too. I went from being a 30 second man, sometimes ejaculating from even grinding it was so bad. The physical issues on top of the anxiety gave me very severe premE. Now I last 10+ minutes nearly every time.

          My issues:
          1. Anterior Pelvic tilt. Always been pretty fit being an athlete, but developed from tons of sitting and poor posture.

          2. Bad masturbation habits form a young age, always constantly holding strong kegels to increase pleasure, watching porn, super fast strokes, etc.

          3. Anxiety from the thought of not being able to last long

          4. Involuntary kegels as a result of number 1 and 2

          What helped:
          1. Spending months fixing APT. Glute, hip, hamstring, and ab stretching and strengthening. Increasing core stability, not just strength. Utilizing full range of motion lifts such as deadlifts, ass to grass squats, lunges, etc.

          2. Pelvic floor breathing constantly throughout the day in different poses. Hindi squats for a few minutes at a time, baby pose, bridging, etc. Paying attention to pelvic floor throughout the day making sure it's not tense

          3. Limiting sitting. I sit all day for work, luckily I have been working from home. I started to stand up, sit in a hindi squat, or stand on my knees with my glutes engaged and hips pushed forward instead of sitting in a chair. This has worked wonders.

          4. Death grip + STU training. This was key for me. I would death grip earlier in the day for 15+ minutes without letting myself even reach the feeling of PONR. Would stop, sit in a hindi squat for 30 seconds, and proceed as necessary. Later in the day would use my STU before a shower, Focusing on keeping the pelvic floor relaxed and working in different positions. Made sure I didn't overdo it, rest days as needed. The STU helped with performance anxiety as well, because I knew it would be a similar feeling with a partner.

          5. Meditation. Focused on staying relaxed, and deep breathing. Would think about my confidence and being able to pleasure someone. Think it into existence! Gotta get rid of the feeling of being nervous, anxious, etc. Sex is fun, and you are focused on pleasuring your partner. Be confident!

            Yep... I agree with all of the success stories here. I have had similar experience and basically do the same things. So the only 'new' thing I found with the relaxation of the PF is that it has loosened up my muscles so much so that my erections are fuller and longer. In other words a tight PF may be deceiving you in terms of you length and girth gains. Once the PF is nice and relaxed more, you may notice the full effect of your enlargement work. - That is what I have noticed recently. I am thicker than before and during PIV I feel my spouse deeper. Before I would sort of touch the vervix, now it going a bit further and very easily too. My flaccid hangs fuller, soft and longer.

            You have to be patient with the results, but rest assure the results come.

              When I loosened my muscle I only got weaker erection.
              My flaccid hang is still the same.
              What are you doing to loosened your muscle
              And what are you doing when you get erect,are ou trying to relax all muscle?

                The PF muscles need to be strong but not tense. If your erections became weak after working on loosening the muscles, I'd suspect that you didn't do enough work to strengthen them at the same time.

                  But what it is thah makes different
                  if I have to be relaxed during erection.
                  I have very strong PC and BC muscle
                  I can do any type o kegel with easy still I have loosend muscle now
                  But loosening my muscle make mu erection weaker
                  And Pre E is still there.

                    I don't know your history and haven't seen it anywhere so can't really say with any certainty. I can only speculate and from the sound of it, you have more work to do. If making your PF muscles more limber is leading to weaker erections, I suspect that the muscles aren't as strong as they should be.

                      Are you doing squats flat footed with deep pelvic breathing?
                      how long do you squat for?
                      Do you have anterior pelvic tilt or posterior pelvic tilt?
                      How strong are your posterior chain muscles?
                      Do you stretch your hamstrings?
                      Are you generally a heavy weight person?

                      Perhaps this is the work you need to put in. I primarily stretch my pf and not overweight. I have focused a lot on posterior chain stretching and worked well on squats making sure I do them properly.

                      During intercourse, I focus a lot on relaxing the pf, and RKs.

                      You should try to learn to get erect without kegel contractions.

                      Just my opinion.
