Well, I guess it's time I start one of these, hope I'm doing it in the right place. I've had PE for as long as I can remember, or so I think. Hell, I don't really know anymore. It seems like I went through phases in my life where I was a minute man, and then later on it seems like I had periods where I could last longer. Anyways, for a majority of my life, I've had PE. Like, 1-2 minutes in and I'm busting. I've been married for 9 years, and it's not gotten any better. In fact, it's probably gotten worse, or so it seems. But, it's become frustrating to my wife because, as she's said, "I want to get fucked, not eaten out all the time!" Don't get me wrong, she loves the later, but, would also like to have straight up sex too! I've considered all my options as far as a miracle pill.. i.e. buying Priligy on the black market for $10 a pill, risking a visit by the FBI/DEA/DHS, etc.. (doesn't sound appealing) or, talking to my doctor about getting on an SSRI which doesn't sound appealing either or, Getting a MeCoach subscription for ~$30/month, which doesn't sound horrible, but, I really don't have the extra cash to spare right now, no offense Big Al, (public servant jobs suck for pay!!) So, time to take matters into my own hands (see what I did there..
So, here's my plan. I've been toying around with stretches, but, haven't been consistent. I've got a very tight pelvic floor, I can tell. I suffer from IK's quite often. I can't do hindi squats very well, I'm a little overweight and it causes a bad strain on my knees. So, I'm going to try and find some other similar stretches (I'm open to suggestion on this).
RK's.. I've been trying to get these right, but, I'm not sure of a good routine. Guess I need to investigate that a bit more as well.
And last, but not least, edging. I plan on edging for at least 20 minutes (to start with) for at least 4 days a week. (That's really all the time I have to myself).
So, wish me luck, offer me suggestions, move this thread if I started it in the wrong location. I'll try to stay consistent and on track, which is my biggest problem!
