    Hi guys i guess I have premature ejaculation problem. I have noticed that before sex My penis gets Super strongly erected and Due to intense level of erection I cum before sex i try to stop it using kegels but in vain What should i do it happens with me when i do sex after a week is there any way to decrease erection level to get rid of this problem????? Btw I would like to share with All of you that I have been jelqing for more then 2 years and and I am happy with the results But now my Only problem is premature ejaculation waiting for responce

    Hey, perhaps your pelvic floor is too tight from all the kegels.
    You need to balance it out by doing some reverse kegels. Read about how to do it in the forums and include it in your workouts. This might help balance things out . Good luck

      Hy Thanks for the reply Yes this might be the reason i Actully do Kegel Exercise regurlarly with jelqing and i even do Erect kegels Should i stop doing it???? and focus on the reverse kegels

            It's my experience that the stronger my erection, the longer I can actually last, because I don't have to keep up arousal to stay hard. So if I take a viagra, I last longer, not because of the actual viagra itself, but because I can control my arousal better without worrying about my erection going soft on me. That's just my experience though. Doesn't have to be true for everyone.

              LOL , I thought you were that crazy BANANA DUDE .... JAY , but I had to look again because in my two years of membership I never heard him talking about popping a Viagra.

                A regular routine of Kegels & Erection Kegels will lead to Pre-E without a balance of Reverse Kegels.

                When I practice my Edging sessions I always balance it out with RK's when I do my towel Raise's & Erection Kegels

                  perhaps for you but its opposite for me thr stronger My erections gets the sooner i cum 😓 i guess Commited gainer and Tango are right My Actual problem is that i do not do reverse kegels

                    Thankyou soo Much Tango for the Information 😊 my next goal is to Start doing reverse kegels btw Should i continue normal kegels with reverse or leave normal kegels for a while???

                      Seems you are in the situation I was in back when I had PE too, sometimes I would cum within 10-20 seconds. What you need is reverse kegels, lots of them. If you are good at doing them you can even experience daily results.

                        Do you know your sweet spots?
                        mine is the underside delta or the frenulum whenever i stimulate this part when erect i cum quickly.
                        So over a course of 2 weeks i would train myself by getting hard erection then stimulate this part in a deep and light motion.
                        for e.g deep pressure over it for 10 minutes while keeping erect (Using a lube maintains my erection for this)
                        then light touches over it for another 10 minutes while erect also, and avoiding cumming.
                        now i can get an erection and keep fucking without reaching PONR quickly.
                        There is another area called the corona which is the base of the penis head (google it) which is also sensitive in some men. Train this are by tight grip and fast stimulation with a circular hand over the head. do it in any way that stimulates these hot spots for you.
                        This stimulation downregulates the nerve receptors in this area which is rich with nerves.
                        Dont use porn as in my case sometimes i lose my erection while doing this exercise so i think it could be because i'm used to high porn arousing scenes.
                        do the training daily for 30 minutes at least for a couple of weeks and keep my updated with your daily progress.
